It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re gonna take the island trips from jesselton, it’s super near. And all around the hotel, it’s just minutes of walk to all you need, food, shopping, coffee, night market. It’s quiet at night too. The breakfast was amazing! Better than the a la carte in the restaurant. My mom enjoyed so much in this hotel while she kept saying dnt wanna go bk hm. Haha! Would give a praise to a chubby girl staff at the reception, she was nice, polite and cheerful. Her welcoming attitude made my day :D

We stayed there for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary. You can go and get everything nearby the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Newly opened and everywhere is well decorated. The staff are cheerful. We were arranged a sea view seat for 3 days to enjoy our breakfast. Fried chicken with Nasi Lamak is a good choice. Matt Lee has served us very well, just like a friend who always smile to us. The welcoming swan and treats are also stunning, thanks for the cleaners who eager to clean our room without having to be told. Will stay again next time when we back to KK.

Very nice hotel with modern design. The hotel is also very near the city center with many good food around.

Stay at Hyatt Centric for 2 nights, the location is supper convenient, direct opposite Suria shopping mall, , Jesselton Jerry is within 5 min walking distance. Staff are friendly , room is clearly and spacious too. Canteen and swimming pool are at high floor, with sea view and Mountain View

A very new hotel in town where you can find shopping center just nearby in walking distance. Breakfast is very good with a lot of selections including some local choices. Service cannot be complained which includes to provide breakfast take away in early morning at 4 am ! Can you believe it?

Booked the sea view room but it’s not full sea view. You see the roof of the shopping mall across the road and partial sea view beyond the roof. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lounge and swimming pool on 23 floor was nice. Location is good. Opposite new shopping mall and walking distance to Gaya Street with full of eating places. Also walking distance to Waterfront.

Awesome stay in their seaview room for beautiful sunset everyday. Room is spacious and balcony is nice place to relax. Housekeeping on the ball. Will come back again.

Hotel was at an awesome location which is near to food and shopping . The bar was great and they had awesome singers come over on the weekends

Hotel is quite new. Location is very good just across the road from Suria shopping mall. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Service was excellent!

next to a shopping mall, convenient shop. You can visit the Hawker stalls situated very neat to the hotel. The swimming pool and the roof restaurant are very beautiful and has a good view. The gym is facing a mountain view. I shall visit the hotel again next time.

Nice hotel

Thanks Hyatt Centric for the birthday cake surprise. I really happy and appreciate it.. Room was beautiful, cozy & big . Very clean & good shower. View from the room was spectacular ( sea view ). Rooftop pool & bar also beautiful in the sunset moment. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Overall staying here was a marvellous for us.
