Walking distance to imago shopping mall, near to airport as well. Spacious family room. Thumbs up when the owner let us check in earlier.

Excellent location with many shops around. The busiest mall, Imago shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is equipped with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer. The room is clean. Check-in and out is easy with the instructions given.

Clean room and a lot parking lot just right in front the home stay .

Highly recommended in Kota Kinabalo cheap, Clean and modern, has laundry area just bring your detergent. Good for long term if you’re always out this is no window hotel. The room is good for 3 people the bed is spacious and it has other extra bed which made it more space in the room. The staffs are nice theyre helpful and always ready to help whenever their helped needed. It’s easy to check in you just need to message them via WhatsApp they have their number in the details you will see it after you will book the place. Message them in advance before you arrived atleast a day or hour. Don’t go there without messaging them because they have no lobby. They will send via WhatsApp on how you self check in. The building has a mall so it has restaurants local and western, other asian restaurants, bar, has convenient store, bakery and many more. Don't choose this hotel. Telephone communication is unclear. I can't speak Chinese or English clearly. The hotel has no lobby and no one to greet you! I can’t even find which building it is in! Don't go! Do Not Choose This One! I searched on Ctrip for a hotel that was 1 km away and pushed it here. As a result, the location I opened on Ctrip was not accurate. It was not the right one when I walked there. I searched again and found that it was more than one kilometer away from where I wanted to go! Finally, around eight o'clock, I communicated there for a long time but couldn't find it. I stood downstairs with my children for a long time and couldn't find a place to stay (as shown in the picture). In the end, I didn't dare to stay in such a shady hotel. It cost 300 yuan in the city. There are many Sixty-Three Hotels that are much better than this one. Ctrip's customer service has not properly resolved it. They will not refund the money in the end if they don't stay. I have made many calls abroad and I can't explain it clearly. A lot of phone bills are wasted. Don't go there , big pit!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and convenient. I will choose here again next time.
