Great location. Only 1 very bad point. I stayed in the 3 Rd floor. While floor full of smoking fumes and Angel. It was very bad. The fine of rm100 won't stop these china tourists from. Smoking.skap them with a 1000 fines. The location is good. Food everywhere. The size of the room is pretty good but the tv channels are very boring. I will book the same location again when ì am visiting api. Thank you hotel.

Great location and worth the money with the facilities provided. Room quite spacious and i like the water pressure. Only a bit noisy at night because of the motorcycle.

The staff was very friendly.
Supermarket and night market are nearby.
Restaurants and convenience stores are nearby.
20 minutes by Grab from the airport.
The room is clean and the amenities are perfect.
I stayed for 3 nights. They changed towels and water every day.
It would have been nice to have a refrigerator...
I would recommend it to everyone if you come to Kota Kinabalu.

Please do not stay here! Noisy till the morning!! You can hear music from club and bar!! Really loud and guest next to our room was out loud too.
