Room is decent for the price point. Suitable for those on budget trip. Fairly clean. Remember to get some parking coupon if you are parking nearby.

1st and last stay di sini menyesal betul stay sini gara2 staff shift malam yg lelaki tidak tau apa nama, paling teruk berkomunikasi dgn guest, bolehnya kmi minta resit utk deposit, dia jawab dgn cara tidak kisah, siap bawa bergaduh lg. Sial betul, mmg tidak prh stay hotel kena layan oleh reception hotel begitu biadap. Bilik panas, aircond tidak service, terpaksalah sendiri pegi cuci filter aircond tu mlm sbb kmi call receptionist tidak kena angkat. Bilik mmg besar, lawa tp kalau dikenangkan bad service dan satu lagi hotel ni besar tapi tiada lift, ada tangga saja sudahlah bawa family dari jauh, ada org tua lagi kesian bah beliau, nasib jauh malam sudah kalau nda mmg kmi cri hotel lain. Bad experience ever sepanjang tinggal hotel di kk.

The room has a bit of musty smell. The water heater seems to be broken & the water pressure is low.

I have traveled to many places and stay in many hotel, for its price I can get better bang for the buck elsewhere, I choose this hotel because I have a work to do and this hotel is quite near. Overall if you just need place to sleep you can stay here, Aircon even I put the temperature to the lowest it's still not feel cool. The toilet is clean but there is no door lock, it's ok if you just stay with you wife or husband but imagine having child with u or like me I stay with friends someone may accidentally push the door when you still in business. So I give this hotel average 2 star for it cleanliness, strategic location and easy parking.
