I stay there for 4day 3 night. First room the washing machine not functioning but they didn’t do anything. Second room the tv broken and wife didn’t work. I order second time without knowing this will be happening. So far everything ok for swimming pool and outdoor, but the service so terrible. How come when we ask something they didn’t respond. WiFi didn’t work, tv not connected. We need our family time together be a bad experience. For the pool also always suddenly close for cleaning or they just said close.

The apartment is rather old. City View, how can see City? All windows blocked. Bathroom flooded, WIFI always super slow and disconnected. Contact the customer service which take long time to come, but after came said need to take something but never return back. Bathroom drainage not working, nobody can bath. 😭 Dirty water totally no flow/drainage. Contact customer sevice, they dont want to answer. Feels like cheated by this Apartment Condo. 🤬 Fortunately, we only booked for 1 night. 😂

I book for modern two room apartment, when is arrived, the key is not there and the mailbox is empty! I call the CS and he changed me another apartment BUT the apartment is in VERY BAD conditions, Both room doors are broken and can’t close in proper, toilet ceiling is got BIG leaking water mark, toilet bowl surface is very yellowish. in short the maintenance of the apartment is VERY BAD! The car park also very hard to find. The only good thing is the location and the view.

There was a broken safety pin stuck in the mattress protector and I got injured by it. Also there was no bathroom slipper and the toilet was rather smelly. The location is good but address is not as it shown on the booking. We had difficulties finding it.
