its very strategic area for traveling but not suitable if you plan to bring your kids for swimming pool because the swimming pool is always under maintenance . we had to move to other block for the swimming pools. had to wait for 30 minutes just to wait tenants from other block to open the door at the lobby.

Great location & easy access to everywhere nearby in KK. Walking distance to Center point, a bit jauh lah kalau nak ke Imago. Boleh ke belakang Oceanus untuk tengok sunset.

房間較大，三室兩廳兩衞，位置十分好，周邊購物餐飲都很方便，老闆也很熱心！房子稍微舊點，但是價格很公道，適合一家人旅行。

The room is larger, with three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The location is very good. Shopping and dining around are very convenient. The boss is also very enthusiastic! The house is a bit older, but the price is very reasonable and suitable for a family trip.

幾年前就住過的民宿，這次帶着六家人又來亞庇，直接就訂了這家。我們都是自己去市場買海鮮，廚房裡基本用品都很齊，老闆是華人，超級好，在亞庇玩的吃的直接在 VX裏問老闆就好，她都是秒回。我們在亞庇包車一日遊也都是老闆推薦我們的當地華人，非常靠譜。

I stayed in a B&B a few years ago. This time I came to Kota Kinabalu with my family of six and booked this one directly. We all go to the market to buy seafood by ourselves. The basic supplies in the kitchen are all available. The boss is Chinese and is super nice. If you want to eat in Kota Kinabalu, you can just ask the boss in VX and she will reply instantly. Our one-day chartered car tour in Kota Kinabalu was also recommended by the local Chinese boss, which was very reliable.

The apartment is more comfortable than the hotel. First, there is good air circulation. Second, there is space for children. Third, they can cook by themselves. It is very convenient for shopping and grocery shopping. You need to swipe your card to come in downstairs. There are two doors without worrying about safety. The aunt has a friendly cleaning attitude. There is a bar street on the opposite side of the apartment, and you can watch the sunset. It rained that day and the burning clouds after sunset were so beautiful! NaNa people are very nice, we can check out at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on our plane at night, and also printed out the information for us, which is very recommended!

The apartment is clean. Make sure you bring or bought your own mineral water as they are not provided even 1 small bottle.  Amenities ok..just the tub on the master bedroom is not working. The host is friendly..recommended.
