Very new and nice place.. Staff were helpful, a lot of tourists when we stayed and the pool was full with people, very nice sunset view from our window

We stayed here recently and were quite disappointed, especially considering this hotel is fairly new as it’s only about 6 months old. You’d expect everything to be in good condition, but that wasn’t the case.
Right upon check-in, one of our rooms had a non-functioning air-conditioner, and another had a very strong sewage or drainage smell. These are issues we didn’t expect to encounter in such a new hotel.
To make things worse, one of our friends accidentally left behind her Apple adapter and charging cable. When we called the hotel, the staff told us that only the cable was found by housekeeping. This was strange since the adapter and cable were left together, so it doesn’t make sense that only one was recovered.
Overall, we expected a much better experience from a new hotel. Hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

Had a pleasant stay at The Sigar with my mom. 10/10 would recommend. Place was spotless with amenities needed to stay-in if needed.

New hotel, staffs were great & helpful. Need to engage Grab to the nearest shopping mall, Imago & other place of interests. There’s some local eateries around the area. price are reasonable.
