So far so good just abit sound out there. I hope the lift only can let customer to access their room level with their card access and it seems anyone can go up there without the room card. Hope the owner can take note on this.

The hotel location is very strategic, near to famous attractions, eateries and malls in KK city and also they have 24hr front desk which is a huge bonus, overall the room is good but the water heater is a bit unstable and got a few times of power-trip

The room is super clean and the location is strategic. The staff also very nice. They give us a free luggage tag when we were check out. Thank u so much !

The room is very clean and tidy. They provide basic amenities. They collect RM50 for deposit and return after checkout (only receive cash). Nearby many restaurants so easy to find food. Smooth checkin and the staff very accommodating.
Minor: the drain in the bathroom draining VERY slow, so we shower with ‘flooded’ floor. The hotel should check if there is clogging.

Stanton Gaya Hotel is very nice hotel. Their front desk staff is very helpful and nice. Appreciate a lot from them. Nice location and also provide airport transport service. 👍👍👍

Good location in the centre of the city situated in financial hubs and shopping centres. Easily access to food and others amenities. Very comfortable bed and clean. Sunday market and night market on Friday and Saturday night provide you the opportunity to try local food. With the recent took over by different management, it has changed into a better service hotel. Keep to high standards quality at all times. Recommended hotel to stay.

Very quaint and cozy hotel right smack in the middle of Gaya area with access to nearby eateries, grocery shops, the yellow walls of Maybank and the Mall. Easy enough check-in, with refundable RM50 ringgit (cash) deposit. Large rooms, with nice toilet and shower. You easily communicated your needs via their app and the staff was quick to respond. Very good value for money.

the local is super good, many malaysia food around the hotel, it is near to the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, if you want to go island hopping, this hotel is a good choice. The only thing I feel not such good is the water flow in the bath is small.
