The room was superb!!
Cleanliness is on the top, everything is above my expectations.
Not to forget the kindness of the apartment owner(Lawrence) , he waited for me untill 11pm+ to pass the room card 🫡

沒想到太舒服了，出行方便，距離機場打車費12馬幣。民宿類型，對面就是菜場，六樓還有游泳池，如果自己做飯簡直太好了。出門步行大概10分鐘就是加雅美食街，晚上橋下榴蓮夜市。老闆太好，我是凌晨四點到，一直在酒店大廳等着，好感動。必須推薦，值得擁有！

Квартирка уютная, расположение хорошее. Рядом рынок,если пройти пешком то больго тц и пристань от которой лодки плывут на остова. В самом здании есть бургер кинг но он не очень, пицца хатс до билайшей минут 15 идти и тд где можно починить телефон после купания) есть бассейн,но мы не были в нем.вид из оуна на бассейн. В номере кровать,диванчик раскладной. Есть стол,холодильник,немного кухонной утвари(живности не было замечено)

房間：整體非常棒，物超所值。房間設施很新，跟圖片相符，也比較乾淨，很大（太平洋雙床小的要你相信，床1米，麥哲倫更絕0.8米😂，笑死我小孩睡覺都1.2米的嫌小，這麼貴的酒店這麼小的床，我們江浙滬稍微好點，難以想象東北大個子同胞們怎麼睡）。帶着孩子，電視沒什麼可以看的，不怎麼好，哪怕看個3-4個台給他們打發時間也是好的。空調，風扇系統很給力，非常涼快，唯一不好的就是3點入住，好像這裏酒店都下午3點入住，後面太平洋絲綢也是3點要命😂對於上海做直達航班早上8點到的，很不友好，想要早上早點去住休息會，住不了，也能理解，畢竟要看前面客人退房時間的。聯繫老闆也是第一時間給我們寄存行李，提前入住了2個小時吧。
服務：公寓酒店也沒啥特別的服務，自給自足吧，不含早，周邊吃的也多，樓下漢堡王，便利店。酒店泳池也有。有問題聯繫老闆，能解決的也比較愉快給解決了。
價格：400元不到性價比很高，住了3天，後面住的太平洋絲綢，頓時覺得這家香。價格一半，房間也大，周邊吃的全在。馬來外國人住宿還要加税，難以理解。
距離：位置很好非常好！哪哪都近。加雅街（好逛，怡豐可以吃，牛雜很喜歡。好幾個店鋪買特產也不錯，要多逛逛。週末晚上還有夜市，每個少買點嚐嚐，不然吃不過來喝不過來），哲斯頓碼頭（出海的票一個一個窗口砍價也砍的累死，景點能不能馬來政府統一一下物價，還是我們中國好，統一票價，不管外國人中國人都一個價格，從來不欺負外國人），亞庇城（負一樓有個超市可以稍微買點特產），亞庇海鮮市場（水果就那幾個，可能去晚了，海鮮實在不想砍價，看到砍價煩透了😂），亞庇海鮮夜市（太貴，外國人砍價，累死了，一圈下來價格五花八門感覺好多水，最後都不想吃了），榴蓮夜市（也要砍價，累死了）全在周邊。能走路的走路都可以到，走不動的打車10馬內全能到。網紅的也在周邊，有的不行要自己避雷，什麼四十八榴蓮兄弟，強烈安利大家不要去，還有推薦過去的小紅書的，什麼鬼，什麼鬼榴蓮，難吃的一比，肉跟手指頭一樣粗，還不退，價格也不便宜關鍵150買這種榴蓮，我盒馬鮮生送貨上門不香嘛，都別去買，態度還不好，感覺我A他錢，真是要命，要不是在國外，我朋友拉住我，我就要吵架報警了。搞得後面我沒買過榴蓮街一個榴蓮，怕了怕了（大家看看圖1圖2，圖2沒吃過一塊，説這個榴蓮就這個品種）。馬來榴蓮比不上泰國。酒店很晚了樓下還有夜市攤，4馬幣的袋子卡茶還挺好喝，推薦👍喝了3天（圖3，拉茶推薦）😂其他的都吃了都不咋地。

酒店整體衞生很乾凈，離加雅街挺近的很方便，去哲思頓碼頭要是不嫌遠可以走着，大概15～20分鐘，但是去丹絨亞路還是建議打車。在第一天交接房卡的時候有些耽擱了，還好最後解決了

位置非常棒，步行10分鐘就能到達加雅街和天橋下榴蓮街。房間打掃的很乾凈，設施也很齊全，冰箱微波爐洗衣機都有。唯一的缺點就是大樓電梯比較慢。
