Terrible experience at this suite. 1. Late checkin and checkout : it can be happened to you as well. I also didn't believe it could be happened to me.. contacted with room master before arriving, and they said let them know when we once arrived. So I send the message that I'm arrived at 3:35, but I met the person who got the key at 4:35 and the housekeeping was leaving when we came in the room. Check out also same as checkin, waited over 20 min to checkout after request. 2. Cleaning : living room floor was slippery and toilet floor has very poor drain system, all of the floor was wet whenever we got the shower. 3. ★★towel issue : I let them know we're 3 person but they gave us 4 bath towels only. So I requested more towels because we stay there *2nights* but they turned my request down to provide more towels. I think it doesn't really make sense. 4. Bad odor : I never open the windows but it must be came from the sink. 5.deposit issue : hotel description said 200 RM but they requested 300 RM even *no credit accepted* There's too many things that I don't recommend this room.. please re-consider before choosing this room if you guys have a short term vacation and don't wanna wasting your time. It's really cheap but I would rather the *real hotel* that having the front desk.

First family trip to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. I'm satisfied with both the location and the facilities. There's a swimming pool. I had a great time with my family. If I go to Kota Kinabalu again, I will stay at this accommodation.

Location strategic, near to all the attractions places. Checking in is a hassle, had to use the bomba lift. The apartment had a cockroach and toilet is clogged, the flood is dusty. Had to wait sometime for the deposit refund as well.

The hotel environment is OK, but this rating is given because the service is too bad. We arrived at the hotel at more than 8 o'clock that day. It was already late, and we were really tired after sitting on the plane for such a long time. We just wanted to check in quickly, but we couldn't contact the landlord no matter how we contacted him. It was a local guy in the lobby who saw that we stayed too long and helped us call to contact him. Since I knew that it was a hotel without a front desk, I had contacted the landlord by email one day in advance and obtained WeChat, but I asked about the check-in matters on WeChat but he never replied. It was so late on the day of check-in that it was really unsafe for the two girls to contact anyone abroad. I sat in the lobby for a long time before sending the room password. After collecting the deposit, it was agreed that the deposit would be refunded at 6 pm on the day of check-out, but after two days, the landlord didn't reply to the message, and the phone, Internet phone, and WeChat didn't reply to the message. The most ridiculous thing is that even Ctrip's customer service couldn't contact this landlord. I don't understand why Ctrip would cooperate with such a hotel. There is no security at all. The customer service said that the hotel only gave a phone number and couldn't get through. Then wouldn't such a hotel be screened and verified when it was reviewed by Ctrip? I couldn't even contact him, and there was no security and service at all. To be honest, the service at this price is not as good as staying in other hotels of the same price, so make changes as soon as possible!

The room is clean and cost-effective. The sea view room can see the sea.

It's very big and clean. You can see the sea. Other hotels with the same type of room on the shore cost 500-600 RMB.

First of all, it is not a hotel. You have to check in personally, and the check-in time is an hour late, and they keep telling you to wait. I used it for 3 days, and they only gave me one towel and one toilet paper, and the most crucial thing is that it says Sea view, but it is actually a city view. The shore itself is nice, but the reservation company is an individual, so please book on a different reservation site, not trip.com.

The window view is very good, you can wash clothes, there are no disposable toothbrushes, etc.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the sea, next to the local night market, seafood market and vegetable market, making it very convenient to buy food.

If you have money, I suggest you don't stay at this hotel. It's just a private hotel opened by an apartment building. It took an hour to check in, and I couldn't contact their people at all. Later, Ctrip helped me contact them. There was a musty smell in the room, and there was also a smell on the quilt. The sewer smelled very bad. There was no mineral water, no toothbrush, no comb, nothing. Overall, the experience was poor and I don't recommend staying here.
