Location right smack in front of the local market and fishery! Love to immerse in the hustle and bustle of locals patronizing the market.
The sunset is just so mesmerizing. My friends and I did not hesitate to drop everything and go straight to the infinity pool for a dip and pictures.
1 night in Kota Kinabalu is definitely not enough. I’ll be back and Citadines will be my top choice.

Everything was nice, service, rooms, amenities.
They don't provide toothbrushes in the room but if need it can request at lobby.

I was very impressed with every aspect of my stay at Citadines, it most certainly exceeded all my expectations. Situated in the heart of KK, there was a warm welcome and all the facilities explained to me. The room was spacious and clean with magnificent views out to the sea. Sadly I was only there for one night, but would definitely return when in KK again.

Location was good, near the malls and Gaya Street. Lift smelled funky. Front desk staff (female) gave one word reply when asked about the hotel shuttle service. Overall okay

The hotel staff told us the room we book not ready for customer yet (Maybe the need to do some inspections first before selling the room bcause this hotel is consider as a new building, minor half this building still under construction). Then, we got a new room ( i think it's listed as premier bed king/queen size with seaview). Parking Zone quit spacious but 👻 ( i guess it is paid parking and i see just a few car was park make it look 👻).Thank you Citadines KK ✨🎉 for the hospitality
