The guy who greets you is very nice and kind, but you have to know that there is not always a reception, this guy is there at a certain time but then he leaves and no one else comes. The apartment is nice, it has a good view, it is spacious. Things that the owner should keep in mind to improve the stay of his guests: the mattress and pillows are very bad, the mattress is hard, it is not comfortable at all. The shower needs to be fixed, it leaks water everywhere, splashes, wets the entire bathroom. Cleanliness should improve. It is clean in general, but not thoroughly. And you should wait for your guests with 2 bottles of water because we arrived and we didn't have even a bit of water to refresh ourselves from the trip. The apartment has potential. We have to improve.

The room is really nice, but it is not cleaned every day, only once every three days. The faucet for shower cannot be turned on too much, or it will be cold water. It can only be turned on a little bit to get hot water, so I took cold showers for the first two days. The hallway smells very strong.

Overall it was good, but you also need to add the customer service WeChat in advance, otherwise there might be no one at the front desk. There was sand on the sofa bed. But the service at the front desk was average. We arrived at 12 o'clock, and they asked us to put our luggage in the room by ourselves, and they didn't help. Then we went out without an umbrella and came back in the rain. It was 2:30, and the front desk didn't remember to let us enter the room in advance. We just sat and waited. This is actually unnecessary. If you have a front desk, you might as well provide better service.

Check-in was after 7pm, and there was no front desk. I contacted the operator of this apartment company by phone and added WeChat. The experience was not good and wasted 1 and a half hours. Be sure to bring British standard sockets. Hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Penang are equipped with Chinese and German standards. This apartment does not have it, and I wasted another hour looking for sockets below. The water for bathing the child was cold. Later I asked WeChat to find the button for the small water heater. Living here is convenient, experience cooking, the seafood in the central vegetable market is not very fresh, everyone should not stay for the experience, except for the crab, everything else is dead. The apartment pots are all mini, can't cook, long-term rental can bring their own pots. Finally, the elevator card was lost in the heavy rain, and it was said that the card said compensation of 150 Malaysian ringgits. . . The price is too unreasonable, the elevator card costs 230. . . The only bright spot is the convenient transportation, and the swimming pool has no sun
