Good service offer over WhatsApp, swiftly response to answer my queries. Providing clear guide on how to do self check in, and returning keys. The room is clean and well maintained, spacious.
The only suggestion is why not providing WIFI, and the toilet ventilation can be improved, have no idea after toilet flushing, the sting smell stay.
Overall is good, especially good guidance and response. Ty!

Even though it's not technically a hotel, the check in and check out was easy. Received confirmation email and whatsapp too.
Arrived at 2pm, whatsapp them for an early check in and the staff came down and pass the keys in 10 minutes.
Room was clean, tidy and neat. The view is awesome. Very strategic location, near to malls, plazas, night markets and eateries.
Downside are, the smell from the fish market beside The Shore is quite annoying. And the lifts are slow.
But all in all, a very pleasant experience.

This Place Gorgeous and Nice to stay with your family. Nice view and just walking distance to Pasar Kota kinabalu and Todak Hawkers.

The facilities of the hotel is very bad, hanger is given but no place to hang the cloth. Slipper is not given. The quality of the towel is very bad, bed sheet and towel is not so clean. Some plug station is not function, TV cabinet is not screw well. The sound proof is bad too as still can listen to the cars and motors pass by during the night. The lift is slow also.

Room is new and clean, toiletries well provided, facility is well done
Location is very strategic, just have to be careful not to walk alone (surrounding is quite dark)
It would be perfect If there is convenience store at the building
