Firstly, the name of the apartment doesn't mean anything, it is just a gimmick to attract customers and I am one of the customers fallen into the trap, thinking it is a seaview apartment but it is actually part of the VERY OLD Ming Garden hotel. Very disappointed.
Secondly, they requested RM200 as a deposit that I need to transfer to an account and according to them refund only after 2 weeks, Very troubling
Thirdly, the unit is decent but nothing great however they don't even have an electric kettle to boil water, no coffee/tea, When I requested for an electric kettle, they said they will provide but they never provide. When I call back and message at 9pm, no reply and no answer. Extremely very bad service.
My advice, just avoid it because there are so many nice apartments around Jesselton Quay for a similar price.
