I just was amazed that this property could be put for rent. The furniture was worn out, dirty & broken. Eg. Kitchen cabinet hinges broken ie. Doorless. Toilet also mouldy. I booked the stay for 3 days but i left after the 1st night.
Ugh!!! Never again.

We booked this place as friends.
First, the self checkin is not very convenient. No instructions before arriving and you have to call a hotline at the arrival to get the instructions.
But this place is nice (comfortable / clean / well equipped).
The location is good as well (100m from the jesselton jetty)
Another good point is the swimming pool with an amazing view.

Very nice, clean and convenient to anywhere town area. Especially room clean and big for family trip. But have pay for parking fee.

Not bad. I can check in early after discussing with the landlord. Since I am with my baby, I can rest early. It is very close to Jesselton Point, just a few minutes' walk away. There is a self-service laundry downstairs, a 24-hour convenience store, and a food store downstairs.
