We booked this place as friends.
First, the self checkin is not very convenient. No instructions before arriving and you have to call a hotline at the arrival to get the instructions.
But this place is nice (comfortable / clean / well equipped).
The location is good as well (100m from the jesselton jetty)
Another good point is the swimming pool with an amazing view.

The room is very big. The location is good. It's convenient to go everywhere. There are all kinds of food downstairs. It's next to the pier and only takes 2 to 3 minutes to walk. Perfect

Hygiene: It is cleaned quite well. But there are cockroaches🪳. I saw three of them during my stay, and they can fly. If you mind, choose carefully.
