Nice location with a lot of restaurants at the lobby and easily to get grab to travel around. Manual check in so a bit tricky to find mailbox and parking. Not a very good view as facing rumah air location.

Hello my name awang from kota kinabalu,i stay at Greenage Homestay for 1 night at blue daze. The house is so beautiful with room and wall design ideas. Greenage Homestay are very recommended for family trip,almost house facility are safe to use. Television,air condition,fan kitchen appliances and washing machine are high quality type. we will stay again soon. thank you Greenage Homestay kk.

The house was complete and big enough for my family. They enjoyed the stay, great amenities and nice place for healing. The pool view was great as well

Very convenient location and good price for the accommodation! Just a few minutes walk to Imago Shopping Mall. Centre area to drive to anywhere. Accommodation provide items needed. Many shops below the condo very convenient. Things for improvement: 1. Weak and not stable wifi. 2. Some lights were spoilt need to replace. 3. Some items may need some repair or replacement. 4. Lights very dark when night time.

Nice place to stay but the the customer service is poor and not friendly 😤😞. Better change your customer service attitude 😜.

Overall ok, suitable for stay, just the furniture and equipment a bit old.

My overall experience was not satisfactory. There were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable: 1. Power Outages and non functioning light: The power tripped twice whenever the living room air conditioner was switched on. Moreover some lights were flickering non stop. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted our comfort. 2. Dirty Washing Machine: The washing machine was very filthy as the rubber seal was never cleant before. Used disinfectant wipes to wipe it and it was black. 3. Ant Infestation: There were ants crawling on the walls, which was unpleasant and concerning. 4. Unclean Public Areas: To make matters worse, there was a pile of vomit at the lift area and a massive pile of rubbish accumulated right at the carpark lift lobby entrance. This was extremely off-putting and gave a very poor impression of the cleanliness and maintenance of the building. Overall, these issues significantly detracted from the quality of my stay. I hope these concerns were enough to let make the necessary improvements.

The apartment was big enough for 10 people. Very pretty and clean.

Dissappointing, the only word that i can say. We were supposed to check at 3pm but the unit is not yet ready. Have to wait for another 30 minutes on the walkway. Not even a courtesy to let us keep the luggage inside. We were left hanging out dry on the walkway. The parking was provided but got other car parked there. The host is uncontactable. The room smells like bad seafood. And to make it worse the drainage system is blocked. It is a bad day and bad unit all around. The outer unit is also dirty, looks like it was never cleaned before.

This homestay very nice to stay with family and friends. This place very recommended for a family.
