"I had a hard time confirming the free airport shuttle with Stanton hotel using the on line chat. I tried twice before the trip. As a result when I finally received the message via email and WhatsApp on the arrival date , we missed the pickup and had to wait for another 45mins for the driver to come around. This is quite frustrating as I thought I had to call Grab which the hotel had asked me to do so when I wanted to book a drop off airport shuttle early at 6:30. But then when I arrived at the hotel , the front desk said it was free, later changed it to 30RM. We paid $30 and it's like they don't have any policy for this or if they do, it changes. Overall, the hotel is very decent, and we stayed at ground floor. Staff is very cooperative and accommodating."

"The breakfast is full of choice but the stay experience was not really good as the front desk told me that your room is at the middle of the floor in the end is the last second room (which need to walk for 2 junctions from the lift) but the hotel location was strategic bear from gaya street"

"Room is okay, has a fridge and nice view. The rooftop swimming pool has a great view of the sunset. The location is near the Imago shopping mall and night market (short walk). The WiFi is spotty and went out a couple times. I would’ve given better rating if the staff allowed me to check in early."
