Nice property to stay with family too i am staying since long and recommended for a pleasent stay nice staff

Room size was not upto the mark staff was not professional and services are pathetic. Although the location of the property is well and approachable but bed. Line. Support system was crashed

When i check in the hotel, no water was available in the hotel. I called the reception, then they bring the water again i requested for the tea but he bring only one pouch of sugar and tea. Then i told the waiter to bring water so that i can drink tea. As the waiter came again i told the waiter to bring one more sugar and tea pouch for the morning but he didn't bring. In morning i again call the reception to bring the tea and sugar pouches. Bathroom bucket was so dirty. The hotel does not look like a three star hotel and i booked the classic room which is of no use. One more thing when i was about to reach kota i made a call to the hotel to send my the location but they don't send. After reaching kota when i was booking uber cab then again i requested them to send the location. Then they send the location

Mara saaph suthara tha it was a good experience and all the staff were decent and the room was clean and neat.

I had a late check-in but when i tried to inform them or confirm my booking, they responded in a very vague way. Post that in the room i did not get the towel initially, no bucket, no mug and the shower wasn't working. Later they did provide the stuff but it seemed as if they were doing a favor on me by giving these necessities. I'm still receiving the mug. Also the bed quality was pretty average and the window sheets were bad. The only reason for 3 stars would be good food and a couple of good behaving staff.
