dirty washrooms, untidy bedsheets and blankets.bad room service like tea served in paper cups ....morning breakfast has not many options where as it's charged.

The staff was very polite and courteous. The room was also clean and hygienic. The breakfast was delicious and tasty and the staff was very helpful🙏

Unhygienic and stagnant smells in toilet. Only poha and sandwiches available in breakfast. Poor service and old infrastructure available

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is near the railway station and it's a great location to see all the sightseeing. The room was very big, clean and modern. Breakfast was also great. There were different kinds of bread, sweet things, tea, coffee, pratha, lunch and dinner are also great. The people who work there were friendly. We are definitely gonna go back to this hotel if we stay in kota again.
