It was very good. It was very clean and the staff was very supportive and the food was very good. Now it was at a normal price in less money so everything was ok. It was good!

Rooms shown and actual there is huge difference in it. Small rooms, dirty washrooms. One person cannot stand properly to wash the face. Showing city view rooms and there was no view at all. At prime location this should not expected. Water bottles are chargeable, at least 2 bottles per day has to be complimentary. Not happy at all.

His premier room looks very small. The actual room does not look like when we show in photos. The staff are very supportive. Bedsheets are clean and rooms are also clean. If you do early check-in then he will charge 500 rupees. Ac is not working properly.

Staff very humble, very polite, supportive during my stay. Food was also good. Comfortable bad. Toiletries are not available.
