very comfortable stay and Grammy Rooftop bar awesome for Drink and Food and positive atmosphere of staff behavior hotel places in middle in city , large parking available and everything is good and memorable,Transport is available 24 Hrs by travel agent and publicly.

The female staff at counter is rude. Everyone else were okk. Rooms are good but a bit alcoholic smelly.

Unhigenic .. so many cockroaches everywhere. Rather than attending guests , staff was busy in celebrating owner birthday. We asked for sandwiches and they refused stating that paneer is used in birthday party.. we have to shout at them to stop the party at 1am

One of the worst experience staying in this hotel. Staff was rude, even after so many call they didn’t deliver the water in the room. There was owner birthday going on and entire staff was busy with that leaving guests on their own. They were making so much noise at 1AM that I had to yell at them

No complementary water bottle was provided. Life was not working. Lights were not working in the room. Moreover toilets were also not cleaned.
