Hotel location in the center of the Kota Bharu city & opposite at KB Mall. It's easy to find food in the surrounding area.. Room cleanliness is ok but no kettle is provided to make hot drinks only 2 bottles of mineral water provided by the hotel. The staff is ok & friendly.Parking not provided by hotel but can park at public parking lot surrounding area is available but not free.

The hotel is nice, but I had some issues. The toilet was overflowing whenever it was flushed, and we needed to call staff to fix it. The breakfast that they provide had only a few items, like cereal, mee goreng, and wasn't a really enjoyable meal. However, dinner was no problem since there is a food truck area right next to the hotel. Another problem is that the room is rather small. However, other than that, great hotel. Would go again.

Easy to find the hotel, but waiting for the traffic to give you way to enter the hotel gonna be tough during peak hour. Enough parking inside or outside. Security is enough, you can only go up if you have the key. The check in time start from 2 pm, super rarity. Comfortable room, enough space to put luggage, pray. What I love is the toilet is separated from shower. Enough amenities. The breakfast spread is nice, got Kelantan delicacies like laksam, nasi kerabu. They put catchy phrases under each menu. I think if they serve the tarik, it would be even better. The tv is nice too, got movie list besides the normal channel. Whenever you call the guest service, it took them within 30 mins to serve you, in my case we requested new towels and sejadah and foot mat. Maybe the hotel can consider to provide umbrella since it rains non stop. Location wise, it's not super central, but still central kb, it only took you less than 15 mins to reach pasar siti khadijah. The sales director en fitri zinuddin makes us feels welcome.

We were here for two nights, and it was hard to find because the studio is in a apartment building without a sign at the door. Fortunately there was a office in the building where the man knew Nora's telephone number and had everything checked. The studio has 3 sleep options and can be extended to 5. There is a small kitchen with a microwave and a water cooker, a refrigerator and a goat stone. There is vase and coating, but no pots or pans. The studio is well maintained, but the bedroom smells not fresh. Nora and her husband are very friendly people, we met them by chance. Nora comes through to collect the payment street sound is quite well hearable. Airco and wifi work perfect

We stayed here 2 nights before catching the jungle train at Wakaf Bharu, it’s in a great location, not far to food & the shopping mall. The rooms are a good size! We were in a twin which was very spacious & clean! We would 100% recommend here, for backpackers you can’t beat this place for value! The only negative was there was no free water refills & in our room the Wi-Fi was very temperamental but apart from that we were really pleased with our stay!

1. The owner: need to improve on ‘friendly’ when dealing with customer - replying customer’s message asap - owner need to be more alert 2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service? 3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion) 4.
