Hotel teoretycznie przyjazny dzieciom , ale niestety tylko teoretycznie , pokoje brudne albo conajmniej zaniedbane ,trzeba prosić o posprzątanie. Najdroższy pokój brudny! Wykładzina odkurzana chyba miesiąc wcześniej , nie wspominając o zapuszczonym prysznicu. Słaby manager, obsługa mega słaba , animacje dla dzieci dramat, Pani od animacji mówi szeptem nikt jej nie słyszy i dzieci nie wiedza co maja robić .Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie strasznie słabo , nawet w hotelach o niższym standardzie jadłam lepiej ,dla dzieci nie ma żadnej oferty żywieniowej , trudno żeby maluchy jadły sosy czy bigos.?brakuje frytek czy kotlecików dla dzieci . Oprócz basenu nie ma tak naprawdę nic dla dzieci. Pomieszczenie z kulkami strasznie zaniedbane , kredki wyrysowane , kiedy poprosiłam o temperówkę to Pani powiedziała ze nie ma, ja rozumiem ze dzieci robią bałagan ale ktoś powinie od czasu do czasu tego doglądać , rodzice nie pojechali z dziećmi sprzątać hotel. My z pewnością tam nie wrócimy .
