this is amazing hotel but lack basic essence of an hotel, first of all after evening no one is at reception or any other office so in cased of any emergency and specially if you are not local you are in serious trouble. i had serious fever and in the middle of night no one was available to give me hlep or guide me to go to hospital or pharmacy. secondly before i depart (from Manchester, UK) i rang them and ask if they have laundry service as well were attending dinner and need our suits to be iron and they confirm that they have , but upon inquiring we found they have no such service. although staff is great very helpful , only if they are available. the buffet breakfast was out of tea bags and i was told it will be there next day ?? i need tea and i need to wait 24 hours. rooms are very nice, comfy beds, shower room although tiny but good enough. very clean and tidy . perfect location.

We have been able to offer a room in the short term on the same day. This was a standard room very quietly located incl. mountain view. Friendly reception incl. Quick check-in and check-out. The hotel and especially the room were clean and very spacious. At the bathroom I would rather recommend the comfort room since this has a large separate shower and not a shower inside the bathtub. In principle, the staff was very friendly in any area. Breakfast was very good with sufficient selection. Parking and deep garage (with additional premiums) available.
