Business Hotel Raicho

There were manga books available so I was able to relax♪ It was close to the station and the cost performance was great.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the station. Other reviews have only mentioned good points, but I will write about the front desk's response because it was not from the customer's perspective. It is an old hotel, but I had no complaints about the size of the room or the breakfast. However, it was a little cold at night, so I turned on the heater, and the front desk called me and told me to turn on the air conditioner instead of the heater. When I asked why, I was told, "There is only one outdoor air conditioner unit for two rooms. It doesn't work well with a different setting. It's the air conditioner season now, so if you're cold, just wrap yourself in a blanket." It was the first time I'd been told something like that, and I was surprised. I think there is a problem with the settings of the equipment, but also with the way they responded in this way. Especially when staying at a hotel during the change of seasons, people's physical experiences are different, and they need to be more considerate of the customer's perspective. If you are planning to stay at a hotel in the future, you may want to check.
