Malibu Kalisz

I booked a room for two weeks and paid 1752 PLN. After four days, I had to leave early. One day before leaving, I asked the manager about a partial refund — he confirmed it would be possible. But during checkout, he kept half the refundable amount, citing “taxes”, and refused to provide any document for the cancellation or refund. This was, in my opinion, dishonest and misleading. Also, the hotel is extremely noisy — it’s almost impossible to get proper sleep. There’s no peace or rest at all. I had to leave in a hurry and couldn’t call the police, but I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Expect zero transparency, no accountability, and no comfort.
