離新所原站非常近，步行兩分鐘左右。但毗鄰的東海道本線終日運行，且夜間貨列頻次不低，即使客房已安設較好的隔音裝置，晚上哪怕入住頂層仍有噪聲振動，敏感人羣可能難以安睡。另，老闆在酒店管理方面比較有想法，可以去獵奇試試看~
