Our first holiday abroad of the year so really looking forward to it as had to save throughout the year so hi hopes for a good hotel and amenities plus food. Arrived early hours of the morning and met a chap on reception and paid hotel tax straight away. It looked as if the hotel was deserted but it was early hours but I did request somewhere to get a drink as we’d been travelling a long time but unfortunately there wasn’t anywhere but told there was a bottle of water in our room. We got driven in the security van to our room and as it was late we dumped our cases in and got in bed. The first morning was bright so we unpacked and checked our room out. Basic, dated & to be honest not that nice but it was a cheaper price so didn’t expect luxury. Went for breakfast and they were cooking pancakes so my kids were happy. Ventured down to the pool by the pirate ship and got some sun beds, slightly broken but usable. Visited the only pool bar open and the lady was very pleasant and looked after us the entire holiday. The pool area very mucky where drinks had been spilt the previous day I’m assuming and not cleaned up. Ventured to the pool away from the other pools that had sliders but only 2 of the 6 open I think but all the facilities were dusty, dirty and closed up so not a nice place to sit because it was a long walk to get drinks and take back there. Gyros being served by the larger pool and although the guy was quite rude they were quite tasty. This was the only time this serving area would be open 25/10/24. The food on the evenings weren’t very nice and we really struggled with our children so after the second night we got a taxi to Kos town and ate out which we did 5 out of the 7 nights so obviously with the taxi there and back plus food got costly but the children needed proper food. The general cleanliness of the toilets were ok but the poolside toilets on occasions we’re disgusting faeces everywhere, no toilet paper & no soap Drinks being served were ok but all served in cheap plastic throw away cups that blew everywhere around the pool side as there wasn’t any staff to clean up. The bar on the evening was a large round shape but as only 2 staff serving from one end the queues got quite long from time to time but again friendly staff. All in all not the best holiday & I wouldn’t recommend especially near the end of any season as they simply don’t care about guests experience. There was a bar opposite the hotel entrance that looks scruffy but great food and drinks so worth a visit to get away from the hotel for a bit.

Stayed here early June, had no end of problems. Air con in the room leaked all over the bed and personal belongings TWICE. We spent time at reception daily for issues. No allergens on display on food labels in the restaurant. Shower broke and flooded the bathroom, general upkeep around the resort was poor. Room was dirty on arrival and housekeeping didn't come for the first 5 days. VERY long queues for the bars, I queued one day for 30 minutes. There is more, but trying to keep it short. Only positive was the animation team, they made the holiday a bit better! I have given the hotel the opportunity to right this by complaining through loveholidays, but the hotel is point blank refusing to do anything and have essentially called us liars by saying we never reported any problems. Loveholidays have sided with the hotel. Don't waste your hard earned cash, stay somewhere else!

Absolute hell hole. It really is as bad as everyone says, dirty filthy rooms, poolside is absolutely disgusting. Bar areas are filthy, staff are rude. Reception staff are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. The cleaners are ah oking. No clean towels, ants everywhere and I mean everywhere even in the children’s beds. Upon complaining to the travel company and sending my evidence I was called a liar by the hotel. Apparently the fridge I sent them a picture off wasn’t in the room (622) the towel was justified as dirt from around the pool, if the poolside is filthy that’s then going straight into the pools 🤮🤮🤮 the food is awful, no choice for children. Receptive cheap crap. Do not waste your hard earned money on this absolute dump. 2 star at best. Place needs shutting down.

Worst hotel ever and I mean it. A professional body should every few years rate hotels. Well it's over due here and the hotel rate themselves as 4 star which km sure is illegal. Why they do this, to rip you off and charge the 10 euros per room per night tax. It's 5 if a three star. Reception and management team, unprofessional and rude, look through you and pretend your not there. Cleaning staff stol money from our room and it took 3 days or arguing with them to make them re pay us. Rooms are old and tired, dirty and smelly, especially if the gas from fridge is leaking and they refuse to take it out or change it. Cleaning team don't clean, they leave u sheets on the bed diy, take bin and and leave clean bag but don't put it in. Don't sweep the floors and leave toilet roll on the side, not on holder's. Beds are broken and torn. The pools are not checked for correct levels, hence swim wear turns yellow. Not enough staff as locals say new owner got rid and dropped wages. Dirty table at meal times, food not fresh, soapy taste to puddings, so spoiled cream/milk being used or incorrect storage. Kids club, don't bother tired, unsafe and boring. Oh and bar next to club closes when he likes so if you decide to leave ur child there which we didn't and never would, they won't have access to a drink at all. Broken sunbeds everywhere, crazy gold and tennis courts are dangerous, do not let your kids wonder off. Couldn't use any of these. Drinks disgusting, bars smell of vomit because beer is fermenting, not being cleaned. This hotel I expect is being turned into something else hence being run I to the ground, honestly complete waste of money and if you don't believe me, look at the pics. You'll regret going and if it's too late and uv booked, ur never go back again. 2 star absolute max. Hotel should be ashamed, worst in Kos.

I had an, incredible 10 days there, the rooms were cleaned every day, there were a lot of people at the bars but that didn't stop us from having a good time, the kids loved Betty, she brought a straw and a small spoon for the little one, and not only that, she constantly checked on the guest to see if they needed anything, we had a really great time and the food was very good, there was something for everyone

We were a bit worried about the negative reviews but I would advise to take with a pinch of salt. The room was clean, the cleaners came in everyday. There wasn't any ants in the room, until a few days in there were a few by the bin. Just dont take any food back to the rooms. If you want sun beds, people reserve them with towels, we did that once but my partner went out at 6am to put the towels down, so you have to be a bit selfish. The pools were good fun and the kids loved the slides, some parents dont bother to watch their kids and my partner had to pull a little girl out of the water after coming down a slide and no parents to be seen. I'm vegetarian but I didn't have any issues with the food, there's pasta, potatoes, mixed bean salds, chickpeas etc and pizza at lunch. The main que is generally at the bar by the pirate ship pool, my advice to the owners is I would put a soft drinks machine for people to help themselves and just serve alcohol at the bar to cut the que down. It's not far to get a bus into kos town. We also hired a car and went to tigaki beach and zia. Overall we had a lovely experience here and we would come again.

We're having a lovely time at the hotel, the entertainment team are amazing with both children and adults and are so friendly and full of energy, they go above and beyond to help and answer any questions! Our children especially love Mercy and Lydia, always giving them a high five and have spent so much time learning their names 😊 The bar staff are friendly and efficient, especially Dimitris who has become a familiar and friendly face, always greeting us by name and going out of his way to help, best bar man in kos!

My daughter and I have just returned for a week here. I’ll start off by saying, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, but it is NOT a 4 star hotel. Reading the reviews I thought I was going to walk into an ant infested room. I’ve seen lots of reviews regarding paying for air con, I didn’t have to pay for it and it worked brilliantly. No ants in our room or on our balcony. Bed changed once and towels changed once. The food was fine, a bit repetitive but I always found something to eat. My daughter who is 5 on the other hand basically survived off chips in the evening. Luckily there was pizza, hot dogs and burgers at lunch time. The pool is disgusting, it has green algae around the edge of the pool, myself and my daughter have a rash all over our bodies, and so did other people in the hotel. Our swimming costumes are all green from the pool. Our room was situated right next to the show-dome which was a nightmare, it’s very loud which meant we didn’t get much sleep. The sun set at the beach is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed going down there most nights to watch it. The hotel has a lot of potential, it’s such a shame that all the facilities that they have access to aren’t used. In my opinion the bar is too far from the show-dome. As a single parent it was a pain having to drag her up to the bar and back when we wanted a drink. I think with the right management and money, this hotel could be great. Massive well done to the animation team who do a great job.
