Had a lovely week here, the staff are amazing especially Betty and dimitra who could not do enough for you, always smiling and amazing the kids loved them thank you both so much. The rooms are massive and clean with fresh towels every day, the pools are great for us all kids and adults, the food was lovely honestly something for everyone, it is only 10 euros in to town and definitely worth it. Honestly the bad reviews had me doubting the hotel before coming but we had a fantastic week with memories that will last forever and can honestly say I’m shocked that it even has bad reviews.

We had a lovely holiday here , don't be put off by negative reviews ,The hotel is clean , staff were friendly and helpful , rooms were cleaned everyday even came back if you had your busy sign on 1st thing etc , There was 11 of us kids various ages 1 -14 all enjoyed it , entertainment and mini disco for the little ones , 10 Euro taxi to kos Town which is a beautiful town , Boat trips , we did 3 island one on pirate ship we all had a fab day and worth every penny , food is typical all inclusive but was something for everyone and we all ate well and enjoyed it , and all inclusive drinks were fine range of 4 cocktails , beer and mixes , soft drinks etc all went down well , occasionally buying a cocktail out in the town was a nice treat too Fab holiday and made fab memories with my family xxx

Having a large family holiday it's hard to please everyone but the staff ensured a pleasant stay. Down to the staff at reception, bar staff, entertainment I couldn't fault it. Betty was amazing ensuring that we had a large table, the reception staff arranged a packed lunch for a day trip for 20! The maids ensure the rooms are clean with daily fresh towels. Genuinely couldn't fault and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Had a great stay at this hotel and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food and drinks for everyone. The pool and slide areas were fabulous for adults and kids and you can visit the sister hotels too. You can either walk or use the free shuttle bus that runs up from the hotel down to the beach regularly all day driven by Yanis. The lady who cleaned our rooms was so lovely and Bete at the restaurant looked after us all so well, from reserving a larger table for us at meal times and bringing my daughter dairy free ice cream to bringing me water when I wasn’t feeling too well. Absolutely outstanding service 🥰

Today in the dinning hall I wanted some bread but I needed gluten free. I asked a member of staff and they immediately went to the manager on duty Micnalis and he returned with some bread. He said anything else I needed dietary wise just to ask. Thank you 😊 very professional and friendly service.

We where super happy fir our holidays, we new that the hotel needed some work done. Let's start with saying that we do not wright comments to be mean but to help the traveler and hotel to make some changes. The staff is so so kind, they clean every day, the dining terrace is also very clean and the food is good considering that it's a big hotel and so many people are here. They have a lot of selection on food and it's fun to try something new every day. Jannis the bus driver is so so kind and just awesome, he drives non stop up and down to bring guest to their rooms, to the beach and from the beach back to the hotel . Here the first minus point. The bus is sooooo old, and literally still going by miracle... the door doesn't close properly anymore. My husband is a mechanic and was concerned, meaning, how long till something stops working eventually leading to an accident with guests on it... and Jannis of course. So that is an investment the hotel could do. A new bus! The rooms are so big! This is a plus, the bathroom is smal and not the newest... so here is investment nr 2. The animation team... they give their best and are very kind but still young and you could see at times shy. The mini club is cute again they were kind but not really trying to bring all kids together, one was screaming his mom couldn't calm him, my son was playing with me and the animator was buisy with another child face makeup. The "boss" of the animation was not very friendly, she gave a lot of guest the impression to be "fake"... all smiles and cheer when on stage or in the spot light but outside she barely greated us. Maby she was stressed or other... but we are used to animators from Italy and Spain and they just have another vibe. I also understand it must be exhausting when you constantly have t9 be the positive energy that pulls every one. Again no bad feelings just what we experienced and heard from people around us. The mini disco was so fun for the kids. All around if you are not so picky and cam adjust and make the best of where you are it's a nice place for the family. The location is pretty far away from Kos so if you want to get there you can rent a car, use a bus ( whatch out fot the timetable!) Or like we did rent bicycles. Its fun, healthy and give you freedom allaround

Staff were very friendly, especially the animation team. Came with 5 20 year old lads and family mixed in and had a great time. Mini disco was top tier and our 1 year old neice loved every second of it. Would recommended for the entertainment and how nice Kos is as a place.
