an incredible hotel, ignore bad reviews. 10/10 recommend! very large hotel to say the least, make sure to check out the á la carte restaurants. music by big pool and activities for all age range and crepes served fresh all day. the staff were all lovely and welcoming, along with the entertainment team. make sure to check out steve’s bikes located next to hotel (a brilliant day out) water slides for any age, good variety breakfast. great location 2 minutes to bus stop for a 5/10 minute journey into town centre. beach can be a sun trap but sun brolly by every sunbed. nearby a shop (maria’s supermarket) which was amazing and very friendly with good prices with wide range of greek snacks or ice creams. rooms very spacious and good working air con. always a place to store luggage on the last day behind reception in a room which was always secure. also weighing scales by reception to weigh your bags before you leave for the airport. when we got there at around 12/1am greek time we were escorted on a golf buggy to our room, where the member of staff would take our bags for us all the way up the stairs! food was also available such a rolls with cheese, ham, all sorts. was very sad to say goodbye until next time! definitely needed more than a week to explore the whole resort and various pools/bars. definitely a value for money as a couple in their 20s who went at the end of september. oh yes, and in terms of racing to reserve sunbeds, you definitely don’t need to as the pool side in huge ! around the big main pool. presume the same around the others but never wanted to leave due to the chill friendly vibe. it was good as well to mix it up and go into the town for food, an amazing restaurant we would 10000% recommend is called AIGLI brilliant greek gyros and a very welcoming atmosphere.SOOOO many adorable cats around the resort, so friendly too! And to add on another brilliant day location is MYLOS beach bar, about 10 minutes down from the hotel! The vibe was amazing and food was sensational!

We actually visited this hotel this October 2023. Wow, what can I say… for the price, brilliant value for money. Food options are plentiful. Entertainment team were the best I’ve ever seen, in particular Monica and Daniele. Nothing was too much hard work for them and it was clear to see they loved their jobs. A real great reflection on TUI. Only drawback we found about the hotel was the coldness of the pools.

Very honest and I feel, reasonable review of the hotel. Accommodation: If you are staying in block 1, check with staff if there are any weddings being held whilst you are there. If there are ~ ask to move. We were kept awake for three nights in a row by loud music (literally vibrating the walls) and fireworks as there were wedding parties held literally next to the block. Fortunately there were no more booked in otherwise we’d have asked to move. The rooms are reasonable but not at all luxurious and there is little space to store things. Just one wardrobe and no drawer space. Shower is lovely but having a sink by the beds is awkward as the room feels constantly messy. But it’s functional. Beds are comfy enough but the sheets aren’t changed during your stay. The hotel itself is very noisy ~ the walls are thin and doors create an echo (each morning the cleaners congregated outside our door from around 7am and the noise woke us up every day) Pool This was the biggest bug-bear … the pool is freezing. I’m not just saying it’s cool, or it’s slightly cold. It’s absolutely freezing. The entire time we were unable to swim because it was just so uncomfortable. It’s a shame as the pool is so lovely and I adore swimming but it’s like an ice bath. The pool for the most part was empty as everyone else complained too. The staff nodded when I mentioned it, like it was just something they were used to hearing. They really do need to look at sorting this as an unuseable pool really is unacceptable. We bought a lilo so my son could at least get in in some capacity. But it really did dampen the holiday (no pun intended) Food Well. Not great. It’s a buffet, even if you go to other restaurants (apart from the Chinese) and it’s all the same food every day. It’s often tepid and the same food is out for lunch and dinner. The last three days we were there all the restaurants bar one buffet closed and it was dire. It was like the staff had given up. Empty pots left on tables, nobody bringing drinks, half the staff gone. If they are going to keep charging the same rates with less staff and no other restaurants open ~ then they really need to be questioning how fair this is on paying customers. Entertainment The dome for the entertainment was an odd set up. Concrete flooring and plastic chairs with a couple of bars on either side. It felt really cold and uninviting and the speakers were so loud it was reminiscent of the smaller club tents at festivals. We only went once. Drinks I don’t drink and the soft drinks were fine as was the coffee. Waterpark This was a life saver as the water was warmer and so my son actually got to swim and play. It’s a great addition to the hotel and we had two days there. The main waitress was utterly delightful and made our days there so lovely. Crepes were great as was the snack bar. But again, this closed for the last two days which was a bit annoying as we had to trek back to the one buffet to eat the repeated food a

Honestly, our first adventure to a Greek island. I would 100% go back tomrrow. As a family we loved every second to the welcome to the ending. The staff were exceptional. The food was great and drink options brilliant. So much to do here and so many activities around the complex. Set out the way but amazing walks to the town. We did a trip to Turkey and a 3 island tour whilst on holiday. We booked thr excursions in the town. Fantastic value for money and great for a day out! The water park at the hotel is great. We had children aged 13,11 and 8. They loved every second of the getaway! We would love to return here as a family and perhaps an extended family as we are due a baby in March 2025. Thank-you once again to the resort and the staff that were so friendly and helpful in all areas from the reception team, maid, bar staff, lifeguards! Bliss place to visit!

As other guests have said when reviewing, 5 stars must be based on facilities Definitely not 5 star by my experience compared to other hotels THE Best Bits Staff, Really work hard, no waiting for drinks in outside bars, always a chat and a warm welcome Grounds, large well kept The Down side The Food, Seems to cater for families with children, rather then adults with more demanding standards All food either cold or luke warm, lunch and evening meal very little variation, and bland, Breakfast was the best meal of the day, Omelette Chef, was very good on restaurant overlooking pool The atmosphere in the main restaurant is like a rugby scum, went in for oriental night,(surely a joke) spring rolls n chowmeain only oriental thing on menu, and walked out Tried 2 of 3 restaurant that you book Greek, didn't resemble or taste like proper Greek food Chinese looked more promising, except red uncooked chicken, put is off, and we decided not to risk it Italian we didn't eat there, but was told by 2 other couples not to, as the food was not good Pools Look beautiful, but freezing cold As I can't stand getting in pools that cold, I tried them all, and we're all the same, including the Spa, don't gey excited also didn't live up to expectations Top Tip Take the bus to Kos town, really lovely to visit, especially the old town near the Church Glad to leave this hotel

Not a 5 or 4 star hotel I've never left a review of any hotel before and it may seem like i am picking this place apart, but usually if i have a bad experience somewhere, something else makes up for it in other apsects and i just get on with it happily, but this place is different and you start to notice everything here. A bit of an echo of what seems to be the trending reviews of this place, but i'll start with the positives: Huge pool - lots of sunbeds and umbrellas so plenty of choice for where to sit. You also have the other various pools dotted around and the waterpark area too which was quite empty too with lots of beds. The slides in the waterpark were OK, more for kids which is fine but there were 4 slides, 2 different types and then the same of each but a tunnel version. If you have young kids the play areas/waterpark areas for them seem great too. Staff were great and helpful, especially guest relations / head/sous chef with working to cater for my girlfriends various allergies. They cooked her requested food at her request each day specially, which was super helpful. Rooms were always clean and tidy after the maids had been, which should be expected anyway but that is where the good really comes to an end. On arrival you have a €70 tourist tax to pay for the 2 of us, not sure why it is so high as we've been to various greek islands and countries all over europe and never seen this much for tourist tax. Rooms (1104) were stupidly small and not enough places to store clothes/makeup things etc. The sink was even in the bedroom next to the bed, not the bathroom? I didnt see any rooms of this layout on their site, or conveniently leave out those pictures of these rooms. Beds were uncomfy, we asked for a double but got 2x singles with a topper over it, maybe better than nothing some would say, but you can't sleep in the middle as you just sink and sleep in a position which just causes pain, so you just end up sleeping on each bed solo anyway. There are chickens and roosters around the vicinity of the hotel, so hearing them crow at early hours of the morning keeping you awake is absolutely awful, and sound from the main bar and wedding venue was a joke, but i guess this is down to your luck of room placement. Safe was an extra cost, not a single hotel i've been to in the last decade has reauired a payment for a safe. Room key also failed various times which is annoying and needs replacing. Restaurants were a little tacky and felt cheap, really noisy with clattering and clean up which was generally done on the restaurant floor and not taken away away from guests. Food was average at best and repeated daily, even on the themed nights there were only slight difference or added things to the menu, but it was the same at lunch and dinner daily, by day 5 i was bored of the food and didnt eat much at all. Don't bother with the meat counter or any of the counters where you are served a portion of meat or made a burrito by staff, for ex

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and very clean. About thirty minutes from Kos town and bikes and cars etc are available beside the hotel at good prices. There is also a beach. The only downside to the resort is the food. The food to be very honest was awful. The only thing we could rely on was the fruit and the salad, and the coffee wasn't bad.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I needn’t of worried at all, this place is amazing! There are so many places to eat and grab drinks you could go to a different one everyday. The food is fab, so much variety and they cater for everyone! Drinks are brill to, loads of cocktails to choose from! The hotel is massive, a lot bigger than expected but you only wait a few minutes for a buggy and they take you anywhere you want to go! Nice cold water on arrival in your fridge and if you save a bottle they fill it up for you! Pools are lovely and clean and you never struggle to get a sunbed, the only thing I wasn’t keen on is the umbrellas are fixed so you can’t take them down. Staff in all bars and restaurants are all lovely and polite! Entertainment is brilliant and the staff are fab! I’m not the kind of person to visit anywhere twice but I’d go here again and again!
