The hotels are basically semi-ba*****t and 0-floor rooms. The sea-view terraces are semi-underground or facing the street outside. Opposite the street is the sea. Private beaches are all-inclusive services. You can go to the beach yourself with a towel. The beach is facing northwest and the waves are strong, the northeast is calm, and the hotel is facing northwest. For the same price you can find better hotels on the north coast of Kos, so the value for money is not good
The swimming pool is very good, the pictures are good,
The furniture in the room is old
The quality of the rice is average, you can eat enough

Fell in love with Pelagos! After reading amazing reviews before we arrived, it definitely met our expectations. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the beach, the hotel is just stunning. One of the best all inclusives I’ve stayed in. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Angelica at breakfast was amazing, she had our drinks order ready when we sat down! The all inclusive side was amazing, the entertainment we thoroughly enjoyed! Would go back tomorrow, also fell in love with Kos! Beautiful place!

Wow !!! Everything at this hotel is fantastic!!! A big thanks to Fa**a for the quick reservation and the whole team! To the chef and his team for the great food!! It was excellent !!! The bar tenders super friendly and a major thx to Dominika and the animation team for the good vibes!!! It was the best vacation in Kos we ever had !!! Top hotel !! We are coming back !!!!

The resort is amazing and the staff are fantastic. The facilities were great, always clean. The pools are well kept and despite not being heated they were very pleasant to be in and swim and stay in for long periods. Even with children the temperature was more than fine. For meals the restaurant staff cannot do enough for you. Always on hand to provide drinks, help with smaller children, clear away plates quickly. Amazing service and even during the busy times they do everything with a smile on their face. In particular Katarina and Elvis were always so helpful and friendly. Generally across the entire resort all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar staff are great. As for the entertainment, the team were incredible. The mini disco was a favourite for my 4 year old boy. The entertainment team were so helpful and happy to get the children involved and dancing. The 2 girls who ran the activity club were also super friendly and helpful. Overall, I can’t fault the resort or the staff. 100% recommend for anyone (couples and families).

The best hotel experience I have had so far! It felt like home away from home… In terms of layout, this hotel is well thought out. We stayed for 10 days and I never got bored. There are so many seating areas, I was really impressed. We had a sea view suite and the room was beautiful and the space is generous with two showers! I also loved going to the private beach everyday and what was great is that there are so many options of where to go and you’re not confined to one small area. What stood out to me the most and made my holiday so memorable was the staff members. Honestly, since the beginning I felt welcomed with smiles and kindness. They ALL truly put in so much effort and that was shown in their excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and lovely! Definitely will be coming back soon! Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable!

Brilliant hotel and holiday, we had a fantastic time. The hotel is beautiful and well kept with stunning grounds and views. All the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The food was outstanding with lots of choice and freshly cooked dishes - one of the best for all inclusive we’ve been to. The Mediterranean restaurant that you get one free visit to is also delicious and a must do. Big Shout out to the entertainment staff lead by Dominica - you got us up each day doing different activities and were so much fun to be around! The happy song will forever be in our heads. Excellent hotel with everything you could possibly ask for, the reception staff, food staff and bar staff (except one young lad who wasn’t the happiest of chappies) were excellent, attentive and made us feel welcome It’s in a great location and would recommend to everyone

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, far exceeds expectations outstanding. Beautiful in every way. Staff amazing we had a lovely holiday reception staff thank you for everything. Bill you are a brother from another mother as far as my husband is concerned. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The Italian restaurant is superb food delicious.Grounds are beautiful and everything is well maintained.

The most beautiful hotel, can’t fault it at all the staff are amazing so helpful and polite always greeting you as you walk past. The food is lovely large choice The rooms are so nice, clean and spacious. Beds are so comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here even with children so much to do!! What a lovely hotel!!!
