The hotels are basically semi-basement and 0-floor rooms. The sea-view terraces are semi-underground or facing the street outside. Opposite the street is the sea. Private beaches are all-inclusive services. You can go to the beach yourself with a towel. The beach is facing northwest and the waves are strong, the northeast is calm, and the hotel is facing northwest. For the same price you can find better hotels on the north coast of Kos, so the value for money is not good The swimming pool is very good, the pictures are good, The furniture in the room is old The quality of the rice is average, you can eat enough

We just returned from 10 days at Pelagos Suites Hotel & Spa. We were very sorry to have to go home, could have easily stayed 21 more days! We’d like to review the hotel, because when we were looking into hotels to pick, and eventually picking this one, we loved all the information we could find, and we hope this helps others too. Our review is based on our stay in the first 2 weeks of September, booked in room 1103, a Superior Villa with private pool (for 2/3 people). First of all, we’d like to thank the Guest Relations Team. We were there for our honeymoon and we found a lovely card and cake in the refrigerator. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Additionally, arriving around 11 pm at night, we also appreciated the provided sandwiches, fruit and snacks in our room. The service provided by the Guest Relations Team is wonderful! The reception desk is equally attentive and helpful. The first night, after arriving, we went for a drink at the pool bar, which is open until 1 am. Very convenient. Very friendly staff. In the morning, on our way to the main restaurant for breakfast we first noticed the cleanliness of the resort. The smell of the soap used to wash and scrub the walkways and pavements was really nice. The green and gardens are so incredibly well maintained and also clean. We loved walking around and exploring. The building and public areas to sit and relax, everything breathes luxury and cleanliness. Our compliments! We were welcomed daily by Kalliope outside the restaurant and by Fanis inside the restaurant. These 2 staff members made our entire vacation very pleasant. Kalliope is always smiling and very helpful and Fanis is service oriented, level 100, and made sure we never had to ask for our drinks. He saw us coming placed our juice and coffee for breakfast and sodas during dinner time. We cannot stress enough that these people are really the stars of the restaurant. We very much enjoyed all the breakfast, lunch and dinner we had. So much to choose from and well prepared. Different dinner themes every night and it was so good, no complaints there. Regarding the dress code: we were well prepared and dressed up daily. We soon saw that really every man in the restaurant wore shorts to the dinner and that the dress code (long trousers) was not really looked after. Which was quite nice, because it was extremely hot and nice looking shorts were more comfortable. So, I wouldn’t worry about the dress code, just like nice and pay a little attention, men can wear shorts/chino. No worries. We loved our daily walks to the snackbar for our ice creams, crepes, fruit and hot dogs. Also a very friendly lady, making sure you received you snacks fast. The different bars on the resort are well accessible and there is always somewhere to sit. We loved the pool bar and also the adults only area pool bar. There is a convenient shop on site where you can get your souvenirs, water toys, snacks, etc. There is also a mini market right besi

When you first arrive at the hotel you have to draw a breath. It looks incredible. Grand, opulent, amazing water features. It really does blow you away. The room itself was excellent, size wise up there with some of the best places we have stayed. BUT did this carry through over to absolutely everything? Unfortunately not based on our experience. What makes the really good places great is the attention to detail, the small things and that’s where we felt this hotel missed the mark. Let’s start with the positives: - Aesthetically the hotel is stunning - Spotlessly clean - Snack bar great and easily accessible - Easy to get a sunbed and the pools are beautiful. - Rooms are excellent and roomy with lots of space for a family of 4. - Facilities in the room were excellent and easily rivalled other 5* resorts we have stayed at. - Pool bar staff are all excellent and doing a great job. - Animation team did a great job and worked their guts off each night. Credit to them for dealing well with the loud mouth Brit family knocking back Ouzo and beers from 9am that wanted to make themselves part of the show (These people are why we are hated so much in other parts of the world….) Now the negatives: - It’s not a 5 star resort - 3 at best in terms of service and extra touches you would expect but it has so much potential. - The hotel seems to be having an identity crisis. Is it a luxury spa hotel for adults? Is it for families? The resort itself is stunning but doesn’t seem to know what it is and as a result isn’t doing anything 100% well. - No water in room on arrival until we asked Christoss who kindly went out and sorted some for us. - A la carte restaurants are mediocre fair at best - not a cut above the main buffet experience, which it should be - and we were told that because it was complimentary we couldn’t really complain. Our Chicken was undercooked and like jelly, the wine was like drinking window cleaner. All things were raised with the restaurant in question and guest services. - Buffet is constant re-heats and a truck load of carrots in various forms. Why so many carrot dishes - menus stated that there were themed menus but never seen this ie Italian theme/ Asian theme it was all the same each night and options where minimal but you could always count on plain pasta and Bol sauce - End of season feel, with the exception of entertainment staff. We never experienced this at a different resort in Rhodes at the same time last year. - Clean the pools at the end of the day. The baby pool was sat full of all sorts of stuff and it was just left in there - The app is pointless, booked up for an a la carte meal to be told our booking had been refused. Update the app. If a time isn’t available get your apps dev team to implement a real time booking update system So that unavailable times aren’t listed. We seen numerous family’s have the same issue. - When the entertainment team get a well deserved break during the week there is nothing. Why not hire a ban

Lovely relaxing stay, would agree with all other reviews good points, to keep this short will just point out things what would make me have given 5 stars, some areas were a little tired, need maintenance etc, No drinks supplied in mini bar in room, found this strange for an all-inclusive stay. Better choices at the snack bar for lunch as we didn't always want to go to the main dining room for lunch and dinner. Only pointing out the negatives, so the hotel can improve because we would consider returning to this hotel.

We stayed in room 843 on the whole we were having a nice time untill my wife realised the bed sheets had not been changed so decided to pull them of to give house cleaning a nudge to change them upon removing the sheets to our horror we discovered the most filthy disgusting mattress which made us feel physically sick it was saturated in stains from body fluids this should never ever have been allowed to happen. The site of this horrible discovery was allarming to say the least. Once reported to the manager it was immediately taken away and replaced. It has left my wife and I bitterly disappointed and spoild the whole holiday. To compensate they delivered a plate of stale cate to the room with an apology. Also the day bed on the balcony was covered in bat droppings again was never cleaned untill reported. On a good note the waiting staff in the main restaurant were very good especially Marina and the pool bar staff Austin was very pleasant .

We have recently returned from a 2 week vacation in a junior suite, having previously been here in 2020. Some nice improvements have taken place, firstly thanks to the Guest relations team for arranging our requests, the food and variety along with the premium branded drinks were excellent. Most of the staff were very customer focussed which we appreciated - Nic - check in, Bill, Redi and Orestis in the adult bar, Andriana - adult pool bar, Farnis, Nini and Kallie in the restaurant. The star of the resort was Michaela who looked after us every morning and our a la carte evenings at the Mediterranean al a carte restaurant she made our holiday experience 5 Star plus, you are special. We recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay , good pools and nicely maintained grounds with good facilities and close to Kos town a short bus ride away. We look forward to returning here again.

We had a delay coming from Gatwick, arrived at the hotel at 2.30 am, reception staff were so lovely, taken to our room by a buggy, in the room we had sandwiches, cake and fruit which was beautiful. We had one of the junior suites with a shared pool, but we didn't use it that much as the terrace is the shade all day until about 5 pm, and there was nowhere else to lay unless you had the end suite, which has a larger patio area, food is lovely so much to choose from, adult areas are perfect and quiet, entertainment is excellent, pools are beautiful, and staff here are all amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel
