Blue Lagoon Village - All Inclusive

This was our first time at this hotel as a couple, having travelled here many times with my children. We stayed in a deluxe private pool suite and it was just perfect for a relaxing week. We are used to being around the pools and taking part in all the activities with our kids, but it was lovely to have a more chilled experience, the beauty of this place is that there’s something for everyone. The grounds are always so beautifully maintained and there’s a delightful view at every turn. We particularly enjoyed the food this year. Loved the antipasti bar in the Italian, and the desserts in the main buffet were excellent. We had a night at the chargeable restaurant, Thalassa, and the food and service were both superb. The Chinese restaurant is always a winner for us and I loved the addition this year of the gyros in the Ocean restaurant in the evening. The staff are always exceptional, so many who have been here for many years, which I think says so much about the hotel and the management. A great watersports team on the beach too. Lots on offer and sensible prices. Always very conscious of safety too.

Got back Monday from an amazing 10 days here. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub which was amazing. Brought dreamies out for the cutest cats. Absolutely blown away by the hotel, staff, views, atmosphere, food. So many different places to eat, drink within the hotel. All the pools where clean and the beach was beautiful. We had a late flight so paid for the late checkout to make the most of our last date. This was €100 and we had the room till 6 pm which is well worth doing and cheaper paying directly with the hotel rather than via TUI. There is a FB fan page for this hotel which was so useful before hand, well worth joining. Personally our favourite restaurant was the Ocean Buffet. Stunning views, relaxed vibe and the best gyros! Can’t recommend enough. Thanks all at Blue Lagoon.

10/10 Just got back home after an absolutely amazing holiday! Every member of staff we came across was friendly, polite and truly assets to your wonderful team. Big shout out to Lorenzo from the entertainment team who was brilliant! But the whole entertainment team is full of talent and the shows were amazing. The entertainment manager speaks very highly of his team and i can see why, they are all hardworking, knowledgeable and very talented at what they do. We joined in with water polo and it was one of the best parts of my holiday there is so much to do whilst on site. The golf buggy service was extremely helpful. There was a guest on our last morning who was very rude to one of the staff, the member of staff driving the buggy was professional and didn't not deserve to be spoken to the way he was. We were very pleased that management did come and stick up for this member of staff and handled the situation professionally. Its nice to see that the staff are looked after, they really looked after everyone so they deserve the same respect they give to us. The food was great lots of choice again the staff were brilliant and towards the end of our holiday one of the waitresses even began to remember our drinks order the service was friendly and of a high standard. We enjoyed every part of our stay with you and thank you. We will be back!

The Blue Lagoon Village is an excellent, well maintained hotel. The staff are attentive and clearly customer focused. I would personally like to thank Angelos, the main pool waiter, Katalina, the restaurant supervisor and Gregory the cocktail bar waiter. These members of staff were not only professional, efficient and friendly. They made us feel important and will remain in our memories as one of its highlights. I rally hope thst the hotel management will recognise their outstanding work.

Not worth the money. Poor food/drinks, service, cleanliness and entertainment in comparison to other hotels in the same price class. Trying to keep it short. Very disappointed as we expected way more for this price. Only plus is the location. Evening entertainment done by 22.30, and the shows are done by the animation team, who do not appear to be professional singers and dancers.. it also repeated on a weekly schedule... made the evenings quite boring..

We have just returned from 7 nights at this fabulous hotel and had a fantastic stay. The staff all work incredibly hard to ensure everyone enjoys themselves and are well looked after. We are a family of 4, with two teenagers (age 13 and 16) and we all had a great time. We stayed in a two bedroom swim up room in block 8000 (see image of outside the room). This block is a great location, between the water slides and sports facilities and the main pools, and it feels very modern. The housekeeping and grounds staff also keep it spotlessly clean. There are lots of activities on throughout the day for both adults and juniors. These range from aqua aerobics, darts, football, volleyball etc. My one improvement suggestion here is that, for a 5 star, I felt it was missing the in between teen only activities that we’ve experienced in other chains we’ve visited (H10, Bahia and Holiday Villages). My reason for this was that there were several occasions where the teenagers were asked by the juniors activity lead not to take part in the junior water games because they were too boisterous for the smaller children. Whilst this is completely understandable as they were much bigger, some of them were not really big or strong enough to play safely with the adult men yet. The entertainment team are friendly and work really hard to keep guests busy all day long and they also put on shows each evening. We enjoyed watching the musicals one. If the evening entertainment in the outdoor theatre area isn’t for you, you can also enjoy drinks in two other bar areas (the main one under reception or the outside one near the shop and Italian restaurant). We enjoyed sampling the different cocktails and felt they were much better than the pre-made we’ve experienced in some other all inclusive we’ve stayed at (see images of some of the drinks menu). We enjoyed visiting the Italian, Chinese and Adventure BBQ A la carte restaurants during our stay. These are all included in AI but there is a fourth you can pay to dine in (we didn’t visit this one). You can book these on the app when you arrive. Our family enjoyed the Chinese best. We really enjoyed all the buffet food here and ate in both the Agean and Ocean during our stay. We tended to use the Avra pool restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Our children also enjoyed the crepes and the toasties or hotdogs from the snack bar near the beach. We spent most of our days around the activities pool, as this is also closest to the toilets, food etc. The staff here serve you drinks to your sunbeds and work really hard. You can book the sports activity courts on the app. We played crazy golf, tennis and padel during our stay. However, it’s worth noting that we booked the tennis at night and were charged an unexpected 10 euros to have the lights on to play. It doesn’t mention this when you book on the app so make sure you have the cash. You also have to put down a cash deposit if you want to use their equipment (racquets, golf clubs et
