Hotel was very sophisticated and elegant we received a warm welcome. Staff were very friendly throughout and nice and observant. Room service could be a bit better though. Spa facilities were clean and exquisite. Georgia at spa reception was very informative about services and served with a smile and professionalism. Our therapist Mario and Sophia done an excellent job and catered to our expectations to the point we fell asleep during the massage that's how relaxed we felt. We loved our holiday stay and if visiting Greece again we would definitely stay here. The only negative thing I would say that they didn't really have much excursions as we expected and what ever we did find was ridiculously expensive and they weren't really helpful in terms of what activities we could do which resulted to us finding our own way around the town and food spots. Housekeeping were rude and appeared fed up to be there. For a fiver star hotel, some of what I expected were not up to par.

Omg I would 100% recommend Sophia she gave me the most amazing energising deep tissue massage today, I felt the weight had been lifted off my shoulder and my legs felt alot more lose compared to how tight they where when I came, I would have done this all week if I could have but they were booked out, so if you come to this hotel make sure you book on your arrival you shore will not be disappointed. Great service very polite and very friendly and helpful staff will definitely be back......

I did a massage at the spa and I loved it I super recommend everyone to come here to try any of their treatment. They have many different categories for every type of massage you would like to get. Very polite staff, especially thanks to Georgia, Mario and Sofia for being exceptional. Great experience, I will for sure come back here.

The hotel was very nice! The pools are great and there are always sunbeds available. Me and my partner were very impressed. The all inclusive is very good. As many drinks as you want when you want. You can have multiple cocktails, beers and bottled water whenever you want. The food is good. It can be a bit repetitive at times but it’s an all inclusive buffet, which makes it hard to be completely varied all the time. They have themed evenings for the buffet so the mains do change. The opening times of the restaurant are good and means that you aren’t in a rush. The open deck where you can eat is over the pool and is wonderful. The rooms are nice. The staff are very friendly and there is different entertainment throughout the day and the night. The barmaid Zaneta was absolutely wonderful and it was a pleasure seeing her every night as she always greets you with a smile. She is always on the ball with service and makes a very nice drink. Overall, I would recommend and return to the hotel!

Stayed at the Panorama for 10 days from the 15th August. When you walk in you just think wow! Stunning!.. arrived at 1am. No one to take luggage (all 10 days) . Staff at reception were very nice but don't give you any details about towels or how to use the safe etc. (You have go to reception to get a socket/plug for safe) but no one tells you this. On arrival €100 for tourist tax no one told us this either there's a €10 charge per night. Towels are €10 each (returnable). Staff at the ala Carte are brilliant! Rest of staff on bars and in all inclusive restaurant very rude, miserable and ignorant. Main bar staff you could be stood 10 mins waiting and then they would just serve only people that had just got to bar. One in particular would rather just serve the women!.. anyway hotel rooms are good but need updating which is in the process. Pool area is but pool bar shuts at 6pm and thats it (everyone out the pool) kos town was half hour walk and it's nice up there by the harbour. Beach bar was great although spirits are expensive so we stuck to the bar but the guys there are fab! And even but the football on for me. Entertainment staff at the Panorama are brilliant and very funny. Big shout out to Candy and Mich. Abit to quite for me this area but if you like chilling at the pool or beach it's great with watersports (going baech take shoes for the sea it's pebbles big and small but if the like swimming with the fish it's brilliant) sunbed and a drink at the beach bar €7 for all day . We did the 3 island cruise which was brilliant.

Awful from start to finish. We arrived at around 1am and upon check in we were charged €70 for the “5 star” tax fee. When we got to our room, there were 100’s of moths outside our door, which flew into the room when we open the door. We went to complain and there was nothing they could do until the morning- already a terrible start to a “5 star hotel”. On top of this, the room was completely run down and not well maintained. The carpets were FILTHY, taps were rusty and there was a huge crack in the bathroom mirror. The balcony was directly next to a corridor which everyone walked down, no privacy at all. The following morning we complained at reception and after a bit of back and forth, they agreed to move our room, which was much better. We then went to the pool and were less than impressed, it’s like a run down Benidorm. There is only 1 bar open throughout the day with no more than 2 staff working, meaning there are queues every time you want a drink. To top it off, they will only let you get 2 drinks at a time (which we were rudely told by the miserable bar staff) , in tiny cups, so if you want to relax forget it- you will be up every 10 minutes getting a drink. They also ran out of beer one day too. The pool toilets are DISGUSTING! They absolutely stink and are dirty. There are plenty of sun loungers, but minimal umbrellas (we didn’t manage to get one all week) and no shade at all. The food selection was also terrible- one tiny hot buffet area which they were rationing the meat to 1 piece per person. They do have an a la cart restaurant which you can book 3x lunches and 3x dinners, which we tried to book on our second day and they only had 1 space for dinner on the Monday (our last day)… unacceptable in my opinion that they cannot accommodate what they claim to offer. There is a sky bar not included with the all inclusive, so we did not use this. We ended up paying €10 each way for a taxi into kos every night and paid for dinner as the food selection in the hotel was so bad. The whole vibe of the hotel was bleak. The same entertainment every day which was bowls (I think) darts and aqua dancing to THE SAME awful song every day. No music playing most days, the indoor bar doesn’t open until 5.30pm. It was honestly a depressing place to be. We complained to a jet 2 rep on our second day who wrote everything down but we heard nothing back. Positives are the weather was lovely, as is Kos. The hotel is awful and a cheek to claim it is 5 star (4 star on jet 2 website). Worst hotel we have ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Well let me start by putting some light on a negative review of this hotel posted earlier this week. This was typical mindless British“pack” bullying which we, as a family, had the displeasure to witness. A family grouping around a guest relations manager for what, they had to wait to be served at a bar (as posted)… get a life. We arrived a week ago on a 10 day vacation. Criteria for choice was:- 1) location 2) facilities 3) room types available 4) standard 5) price 6) reviews We were welcomed on arrival (at 2am) warmly, and swiftly given the keys to our two rooms. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Exactly what we had booked and paid for, with sea views. Each day the rooms are cleaned, by the delightful Tatiana who greets us every morning with a smile and “Kalimera”. This is the same for ALL the staff, very friendly and accommodating. Food is of good quality, variety, and is different every day, on every service. No chicken nuggets though . Guest relations manager, Katrina, was fab; assisting us with area knowledge and car hire options. Lobby and bar areas exceptionally clean. Staff at the bar are great fun, thought the night, and yes you have to wait to be served, but not sure what bar you wouldn’t. Having travelled around the world on business and vacation including Japan, USA, Dubai and Europe; whether 5+* or 3* unfortunately I’ve had to take my turn . In summary, we, as a family, have loved the hotel, loved the people and loved Kos. Well chilled. And for me, it’s the people who make my holiday. I’ve been in some 5+* rated hotels with the grumpiest staff . Take reviews on balance, as we do, and I don’t believe, if you have realistic expectations, that this hotel will let you down. Only negative note to make would be the WiFi, but again I prepared for this prior to leaving the UK.

Came with my partner for a week’s stay. Arrived 1am on the Saturday morning and was greeted with a really friendly receptionist. (No idea of his name). He had some snacks for us as the bar was closed which I thought was a lovely gesture. We checked in and went to our suite to find it full of flies - there were hundreds of them. Went down to reception to say about the suite to be told nothing they could do and come and see reception at 9am. We went to say again about the room at 9, and they said they’d get someone to spray the room. We stayed out of the room until after lunch and upon returning it hadn’t been done. We again went to reception and they phoned there and then to get someone to sort it. We couldn’t use the bathroom as this was where they were manifesting from (drain, toilet and plug holes) so we went and said the flies were all over the carpet dead and now couldn’t walk on the carpet now and still had no bathroom. At 1pm on the Monday we were given a different suite. This problem resolved now but we’d lost 2 days of our 7 day holiday. We were allowed to keep our room for the day of checkout for free as compensation. Food was plentiful and a wide choice however a 5 minute egg means 5 minutes and it was a hit and miss situation on whether you selected a 5 minute or a 2 minute raw boiled egg! The pool bar opened 10-6 daily and staff Eleanor and Maria were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Be warned the swimming pools don’t open until 10 and close at 6. So if you want an early morning swim you will be out of luck. The evening bar opened at 5pm but on a couple of occasions we were told they weren’t ready to serve us as they were still opening up at 5.10pm. No big deal but under the heat of 38° you needed a drink!! The Sky lounge bar opened at 8pm until midnight and this is absolutely exceptional be aware that this bar all drinks are pay for. A Malibu and coke is €8 and when you’ve paid all inclusive you can get the same drink downstairs as part of your package. The view makes the €8 worth it. On several occasions we did request drinks that were on the menu and they didn’t have any e.g - grey goose vodka etc. I would expect a 5* establishment in July to have everything on the menu listed available especially when you are paying for it. Every communal area inside and outside is fiercely immaculate. Lots of sun loungers but not many parasols. Be creative with a towel and the trees! All in all a nice hotel and even with the issues at the beginning of the holiday I would stay here again.
