From the 4th floor room, the view across Kos bay was amazing and I'm glad we paid a little extra for it. The room was modern, clean and well resourced with a fridge and Nespresso machine as well as the usual amenities. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the experience from the pools, to the beach and daily activity/entertainment programme. Really surprised by earlier review that said they had no evening entertainment. We saw traditional Greek dancers, singers, a rock night and pool party, there was something different each night, which was advertised at the main stage. Daily activities included games, aqua aerobics and sporting competitions. The food was plentiful and varied, although I agree some dishes could be hotter. We enjoyed the drinks on offer, although maybe could have served coffee and tea with lunch and dinner. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the only issue we found was the long check-in wait (over 45 minutes, considering we only had 6 check-ins infront of us) mainly due to there only being one very methodical receptionist, who didn't really need to explain everything over and over as we could hear everything from the previous groups, which was a bit annoying at 1am and a long day spent travelling. I was impressed with the facilities, they had shower rooms and even provided towels after check-out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for value and a great experience. This was our first all-inclusive holiday and I would go again in a heart beat.
