We recently stayed at Sentido More Meni Residence and had a bit of a mixed experience. There’s definitely a lot to like about the place. The two pools are a good size, and there are comfy bean bags, sun loungers and plenty of umbrellas which made it nice to relax outside. The hotel has a great location too, really close to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants, and it’s easy to hop on a bus into Kos Town. Our room was really spacious, especially the living area and balcony. The bed was super comfortable, and we liked having two TVs, including one with Netflix and YouTube. The air con and ceiling fan worked really well which made a big difference in the heat. We also appreciated all the little extras like the slippers, soaps and USB ports by the bed. There’s a nice bar that serves snacks and ice cream throughout the day, and the spa was a great addition. I booked a massage for my mother-in-law and she loved it. The hotel is also full of plants and trees which gives it a peaceful feel, and we personally enjoyed seeing a few cats wandering around. That said, there were quite a few downsides. Some parts of the hotel and pool area are definitely in need of repair, with broken boards, peeling paint and general wear and tear. The pool water wasn’t always the cleanest either. The gym had broken machines and was often too hot to use properly. One of the biggest issues was how few sunbeds there are – it’s a bit of a race in the morning to grab one, which isn’t great for a hotel that’s all inclusive. The food was hit or miss, often lukewarm and lacking variety, so we ended up eating out most nights. There are no branded drinks and cocktails were pre-made in bottles meaning they were not the freshest. Our bathroom was small, not very clean, had poor lighting, bad water pressure and the drains had a pretty bad smell. WiFi was frustratingly slow, and we had a few random power cuts during our stay. Also, we had issues with the front door lock which didn’t really work properly, so that didn’t make us feel very secure. There’s no proper luggage storage either, so your bags are just left outside where anyone could grab them, which felt quite unsafe. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and some great features, but there are quite a few things that need fixing and improving. We had a nice time, but wouldn’t rush back.

Just returned from a 3 night stay, we booked last minute and got a great deal but we would have been hugely disappointed if we had paid full price. Upon arrival the hotel looked great, a modern, chic, chilled vibe with a calming zen like atmosphere. Check in was smooth and efficient and the receptionist was really friendly. The grounds are really pretty and well kept. Location is perfect, on the main ***** but you wouldn't know that when you’re in the pool areas and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our room was on the 1st floor, there was a lounge area with sofa bed and a separate double bedroom so ideal for our party of 3 adults. The room was modern and clean on arrival and the room was cleaned to a good standard each day with both bathroom and pool towels replaced daily. The cleaners were all so friendly. The pool areas are very pleasing on the eye but there is a serious lack of sunbeds for the amount of guests. Each day we were there all beds were taken by 9am....and this is the time the pool area is actually meant to open. Half of the main pool sunbeds were in the shade from midday, meaning your chances of getting a bed in the sunshine are further reduced. The smaller narrow pool was in the shade until early afternoon too. We visited at the very end of the season, so the sunbed issue would be much worse during the summer months. There is limited space on the ground floor to be able to improve this, we thought adding a rooftop sunbed area would be a good addition. There is also a really bad drains smell that wafts around at several points through the day, I'm not sure if this is something the maintenance team can resolve? The all inclusive drinks at the pool bar are terrible! Iced coffee served warm, orange juice was undrinkable, cocktails were more like squash and all pre-made in big plastic bottles...no decent drinks at all. The lady at this bar comes across quite rude at times and is always on the phone even when serving guests. Drinks in the main bar (open from 5pm) are not much better. The red wine is actually vile, looks more like blackcurrant and tastes terrible. Service in this bar is slow, often waiting a long time for someone to take your order yet being told off for trying to order at the bar. After being unable to drink a pina colada one evening, the waiter asked what was wrong with it, after explaining it tasted terrible he said it's because all cocktails are from a machine and that he would make a 'proper' one from scratch.....this drink was the best I had during my stay but when I asked for this again I was just given the machine version. The young lady at this bar is extremely rude, when I asked for 2 lagers she snapped that I need to ask for beer as they don't call it lager. Just rude! Food.... for an all inclusive model the food is well below standard. Breakfast in fairness was good, this was the best meal by far, your usual hot breakfast offerings as well as yoghurt, fruit, breads etc. The food could be replen

Really enjoyed our week stay in sendita boutique hotel. Lovely small hotel with spacious rooms and big dining restaurant. Room includes sitting area and separate sleeping room. Very comfortable. Clean. Neat. Tidy. With a touch of designer approach. Food is exceptional. Good choice. Every dish is tasty. Beautifully presented. Highly recommend!

Lovely clean hotel with nice rooms. Unfortunately sunbeds have towels on them from 0730 despite there being a notice not too. The swimming pool is freezing cold and lots of users complaining about it My friend and I paid thousands for all inclusive. Breakfast is substantial and varied. Lunch is light and fresh. Dinner is poor. Vegetarians have the choice of pasta or salad. We are having to eat out at night to get some variation I would stay b&b but the hotel is not geared up for all inclusive

Great Hotel with One Major Flaw There are many positives about this hotel. The staff are excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Because it’s a smaller hotel, they really get to know their guests. A special mention goes to Billy, the night receptionist, who was both informative and genuinely warm. The food was a real highlight. While the choice was smaller than at some larger all-inclusive resorts, the quality was far superior. The dining room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere—nothing like the chaotic “cattle market” feel that some buffets can have, it was also immaculately clean. The bar was a fun and lively space with great music. However, the all-inclusive setup felt a little inconsistent. For example, if you wanted an ice cream at 4:05pm, you’d be refused because service stopped at 4:00pm, even though the ice cream was still available. We noticed a few instances of this kind of pettiness. That said, the hotel has only recently switched to an all-inclusive model, so hopefully these details will be refined with time. However, the pool area is a significant issue. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds—less than half the number needed for guests. The staff’s response is that the beach is nearby, but for those who prefer a poolside experience, this is a real letdown. To make matters worse, several sunbeds were broken, the beanbags (though comfortable) were dirty, and the pool itself showed signs of neglect, with mould visible around the edges and decking in need of a proper clean. By the end of our stay, I found myself mentally redesigning the pool area—it would take very little investment and imagination to solve these issues. Unfortunately, as it stands, many guests are forced to set alarms at 6am just to secure a spot by the pool, which is not what most people want on their holiday. I felt sorry for the staff who had to ask guests to remove their towels as per the hotel policy, they were fighting a loosing battle. I truly hope the hotel addresses this before next season. It has so much potential and, with improvements to the pool facilities, it could easily become outstanding.

Just back from an absolutely wonderful time here. The hotel is lovely and rooms clean with all you need. On our arrival we found cold meats, cheeses and fresh fruit in our fridge, which was a nice touch especially when arriving too late to get anything elsewhere. The pool area was our favourite place mainly because of the wonderful, energetic and very funny Stella (Sis) who along with her young apprentice Eirini (Cheeky) made our 2 weeks so much more enjoyable. These 2 are a credit to the place and i definitely recommend you make the time to meet them. Overall a wonderful experience and one holiday I will not only never forget but will definitely return.

We stayed here last year as breakfast only. We returned this year with all inclusive and were extremely disappointed at how it had gone downhill. Our room was filthy and had clearly not been used in some time. It did not improve during our stay with me having to clean it. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and we witnessed this rudeness towards other guests. We waited 25 minutes in the busy bar area after ordering two drinks. We could see that there was one bar staff member and two taking orders, clearly not sufficient. There was no communication, explanation or apology. We left and went elsewhere. Guests around the pool (if you were lucky to get a sunbed) were discussing the poor quality of service. One said she got her drink straight away when she ordered off the menu and not the all inclusive! They could not take simple order we witnessed numerous “arguments” with guests being challenged as to what was in their drink. The most disappointing was the food. Not fresh, same each day, flies constantly around the food and hot food was barely warm. I had a profiterole which was solid frozen - staff did not seem concerned. Most guests ate out of the hotel as the food was so poor. We ate out most evenings. On our departure, the receptionist did not even question how our stay was and just put the hotel taxes bill infront of me to pay. I would not recommend staying here as our experience was extremely poor.
