The Hotel Grecetol Casa Paradiso Resort is an Excellent Hotel. All Staff are very friendly, helpful and extremely hard working. Lots of food variety, very good beverages selection. Relaxing pool experience at the main building and the pool nearer to the beach has its own charm with water slides, snack bar, and bar for all your beverages needs Fruit, cold water, coffee machine, ice cream and draft beer available till 2am Very enjoyable guest entertainment. The beach area for the hotel is very private, water sports is available for a charge. All staff are very hardworking ensuring guest comfort. A few names I would love to mention who were very outstanding are .... Alvaro from Restaurant Irini from Restaurant Dimitri Kitchen Chef Latif Kitchen Chef Drimitri bartender Mike bartender Emanual Entertainment Staff Nikoletta Guest Supervisor Thank you guys you were awesome, keep up your good work. Thank you once again. NEGATIVES: WiFi was not working in room 418 and other areas of the resort. Some TV channels were not working properly in the room, only one English channel BBC news rest all other channels were in foreign language.. Probably it would be great it there were English movie channels and cartoons channels. The beach for the hotel is very private and it has water sports too. If going to Marmari Town it's only a 25 minute walk from the back of the hotel or you could get a bus ride. The bus stop is at the back of the hotel, bus times are given at the bus stop. The Hotel is well spread, very spacious. Thank you for a lovely enjoyable holiday to all the hotel staff. We really enjoyed ourselves. We would love to come again. Reception staff are brilliant too. Particularly Diana and Constantina Kenneth, Sebastiana, Andrea and Ella-Marie. ❤️

A nice hotel but lots of kids when we went in early October. My daughter has a nut allergy and the staff were all very attentive to this from reception to maitre d’ to chefs. They showed her what to eat at every meal if she required that. Hadn’t really done an all inclusive recently with her and made eating so much easier than having to negotiate local restaurants. Room was a bit tight for the 3 of us but had everything we needed really. Entertainment was ok too but again more kids oriented.

On arrival we had a fast & friendly check in, was given a drink as they talk us through some of the hotels information eg where the restaurant, pools are & opening times. We was shown to our room as he pointed out the mini market and other locations. Our luggage was already in our room before we got there. They left ham & cheese sandwiches with apple juice in the fridge, it was a nice touch. We did have ants in our room all over the floor, I just thought it’s a hot climate with fruit & veg growing it’s going to attract ants. I bought a can of ant spray from the mini market, this did stop the ants from coming in but I had to spray every two days, as when the cleaner mopped the floor obviously it removed the spray. It wouldn’t put me off returning I will definitely come back. I would pack some ant spray if your arriving late evening. The rooms are dated personally I would remove the wicker headboard and replace with a wooden headboard. We put a bed sheet over the wicker headboard. The bathrooms needs refurbishing and the rooms furniture eg wardrobes and chest of drawers needs updating. Good points are the rooms are very spacious with comfy mattresses. Main restaurant the food is amazing the breakfast is continental & cooked breakfast, fresh fruit with different yogurts & cereal, fresh bread with every meal. There’s not much else they could have provided. The soup was nice they make a different one for lunch & dinner, I don’t think I had a repeated soup. The meat is nothing like the uk, not much fat on the lamb or steak very tender I was very impressed. They did repeat some dishes but this didn’t bother us we thought they tasted lovely was happy to have it again. They do a children’s section with freshly made pizzas, spaghetti pasta with sauce only or meat & sauce. They also do street food at the bottom pool area. They do crapes & waffles on alternate days, freshly made sandwiches & wraps, salads, fresh fruit, yogurts & ice cream they are open from 11-1730. Street food open 12/1530 also located at the bottom pool they do hotdogs, chicken gyros, chips, they also have pizza here but its not as good as the main restaurant it’s more of a cheap shop bought pizza. The fizzy drinks & coffee are nice, we don’t drink alcohol so we can’t comment on that. The pools are very cold but very clean and well maintained. My children loved the slides spent most of the time on these. Both my boys slipped on the first day at the pool, but I did read on another review that the floor was slippy, I made sure they wore the swim shoes after that. The beach is very nice it has plenty of sun loungers, my boys spent most of the time in the sea which was very warm. There are showers to rinse the sand off. The bus to Kos town is €2.30 we got the 11.00 bus it was very busy. We returned on the 1500 bus, luckily we got there at 1435 as they opened the doors at 1440, the bus was full and set off at 1445 leaving behind half the queue as they couldn’t fit anyone else on. We checked in was asked to sit down and was then offered cucumber water which was a nice touch. They took our suitcases to our room where to start with we were staying in one of the bungalows. The bungalows are very run down , lots of marks on the walls and door and sadly on the second day it was riddled with ants. They were all over the bathroom floor, wall and towels and sink. Appreciate this could be out of the hotels control but when asked to move rooms they said I couldn’t and that they would send someone to spray. After the man sprayed and a few hours went by the ants got a lot worse and after going to reception again I was offered a room inside the main building. However this was very noisy what with it being right next to the entertainment. The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The sun beds are comfortable and there is an option to get clean towels. Loved how the beach was so close and the bus to go to Kos town which was only €2. The food is very similar every day and you have to get your own wine/ beer for the evening meal. The a la carte that we booked was lovely, there were heaters to keep us warm and the food was delicious would definitely recommend booking! A few of the family around us were saying that their children were left on their own a few times at kids club by the workers after they had checked them in. The lifeguard would also walk off to go and talk to others and was never fully on duty. The entertainment in the day could have been a lot better as other than the sudoko sheet in the morning nobody else came round to tell us about the activity they were doing. Overall a very run down hotel with the potential to be amazing if a bit more work and love went into it. I would suggest staying in the hotel rooms in the main building as they are alot more modern and clean.

We had a lovely week away at this hotel. The location is fairly close to the airport and we were the first drop off on the coach. Check in was nice and relaxed. A welcome drink whilst you sat down and filled out any necessary info. The hotel grounds are very nice and well looked after. The sunbeds were very comfortable. The room was good with lots of storage. Nice balcony which was in the sun during the afternoons. We enjoyed the food and drink. There was plenty to choose from. Recommend checking out the outdoor grill options before filling your plate inside. We used the snack bar by the pool a few times and enjoyed waffles and crepes. Lots of nice salad to choose from. We had no issues getting a sunbed around either of the pools or at the beach. The beach was quite windy so we didn't go in the sea oflther than to paddle. Getting a bus to Kos Town was great and very cheap. We enjoyed wandering around the town, harbour and shops. A tankard of beer is only €2 in some of the bars! We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We’ve just returned from a week at CP. We travelled as a group of 6 adults and one baby (our first holiday with a baby) we had a fantastic week and can’t thank the staff enough for how friendly they were. We had a few teething issues on checkin about rooms but this was eventually sorted, we also didn’t have the baby items requested in the room like a cot but they’d just been put in the wrong room. We just moved them about ourselves. The food is fantastic probably one of the best AI we’ve been too. The alacarte was great but book early in the morning as they warned us it was booked for most of the week. We would definitely return but for us the hotel maybe needs a little bit of modernising! The bathroom in the family bungalow was dated and had ants coming through holes in the floor and ceiling. We did keep telling the cleaners and they sprayed them but I’ve never worried about so many ants in my room in my life! The wifi is also really poor and we ended up getting data roaming so we could message each other about meet up times etc! My sister and husband were moved into the main hotel and their room was far more modern so I think some renovation work has taken place. Upon check out there was no late rooms available but we booked the shower room which was lovely and modern (under the main hotel) and I did say there was no air con to keep my son cool so they allowed us to use a TV/ conference room in the back of the hotel which was incredibly kind! They just went above and beyond! The grounds are also gorgeous and we loved looking at the fruit and veg. Sun beds did go early especially at the top pool near the restaurant but we never struggled on the grass near the bottom pool.

Staff- excellent always around to help and despite seemingly working all day every day remain cheerful . Food- great selection of food the buffet had lots to choose from, plus crepes, icecream and snacks available at various times of the day.Genuinely all inclusive beer , wine, cocktails , soft drinks all included . We ate at the a la carte restaurant at once and whilst the food was nice our table was really dark I actually had to steal a light from another table . It was also quite dark around the pool Bar in the evening Grounds - immaculate, it’s spread out in such a way that even though it’s full the hotel never felt busy. The grounds are full of vegetables grown to supply the buffet. Such a great job done by the staff maintaining the areas. Pools - we spent most of our time at the active pool near the beach , two slides kept my youngest entertained at various parts of the holiday plus a larger pool for inflatables , jumping in etc. Staff keep the area clean. Sun beds is a small niggle- there are signs up saying towels will be removed and one morning I went for an early swim and there was a guy removing towels left at unattended beds at about 8.15. Bravo However what then seemed to happen is families would send a designated ‘lounger keeper’ down early . One person would sit reserving anywhere between 2-6 beds around the pool. This meant towels weren’t removed . One family pretty much had the same spot the whole time we were there so god knows what time they were getting up. Who wants to do this on holiday it seems bonkers to me! It’s even more annoying when a family will reserve beds for small kids who never sit on them anyway! We’re not that sort of family and would get to the pool anywhere between 8-10 if we got there more towards 10 we still managed to get beds just not the comfy ones around the pool. There was another section of beds slightly off to the side or white moveable ones . The only issue with the moveable ones is you then pretty much had no shade if you wanted it. When it was mid to late 30’s whilst we were there this was a pain. I’m not sure if there is a solution to this ? There is another pool near the main building but we didn’t go there so can’t really comment other than it is just a normal pool. Activities and entertainment During the day staff encourage involvement in activities without being in your face . My youngest joined Sam most days for football, volleyball etc. during the evening the entertainment was a bit naff. We saw an ‘acrobatic variety show’ which was not as the name suggests and my kids were not happy I made them watch after being promised acrobatics there was bingo also one night but the area was full by the time we got there so wasn’t sure how to join in. Other nights we either missed it as we’d gone to Kos or we were eating . The kids disco was aimed at kids probably around toddler to 8 but was mostly German songs . Facilities We used the indoor gym a couple of times it was ok CV equipment a b
