Wow, we are currently on our last day and have had the best time. After having the past three holidays over in Turkey we found this a very refreshing change. Firstly the staff really could not do enough for you, the pool bars, the restaurant staff and the cleaners all went above and beyond. Our room was clean everyday with fresh towels and a big bottle of water. We weren’t once hassled by any staff, no one tried to sell us anything and we were left to our own devices which is what we want. Everything was included, no hidden extras, we had a safe, wi fi and all cocktails and endless ice cream. The chefs worked tirelessly to keep all the trays full of food and we found a wide selection every meal. Also lovely coffee, porridge and lots of fresh fruit. Marvin and his team were amazing. We have an 11 year old and in past hotels he’s been to old for the kids clubs. Not here, he engaged with them everyday and really took a liking to Marvin, he was funny and had the biggest heart! All the kids and adults loved him. We hired a car from the hotel. After speaking to other guests it is slightly cheaper down the road but we didn’t have to pay a £1000 deposit, it was 65euro for the day and you’re fully insured. No excess to pay. We found the lady there very helpful and we had it for 12 hours which was plenty for us to drive round and explore the island. Big thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our week away so stress free and chilled. Looking at other reviews people have commented about the state of the hotel. For us it was clean and that was the main thing. It’s an older hotel in some parts but there wasn’t any damp, the showers were hot and powerful and everywhere was nicely painted and it’s not overcrowded. We didn’t have to battle for sunbeds and there were plenty of space between everyone by the pool. Hopefully we will be back.

We stayed here from 12-oct - 22oct 2024. Overall the hotel is great - but with one big issue - there is a big on site sewage treatment plant next to the sea view rooms which smells indescribably bad. We paid for a family room with sea view, the room was modern, clean, well maintained, spacious and had a big balcony with a great view. This is essentially the premium block with the nicest rooms and the only block with sea views (which you obviously pay more for) - but for some reason the sewage treatment plant is a couple of metres directly next to it. The smell is out of this world bad of human excrement. One night the smell in our room was so bad we couldn't sleep. Its such a shame because it spoils a really lovely hotel. It's a problem which I guess can't be resolved as it wouldn't be practical to move it and would cost too much - but it really is a big issue. Other than that, the grounds are very picturesque, green and well maintained, the staff are all lovely and very friendly - they really were all excellent. The choice and variety of food was also very good. The private beach was well maintained and had free sunbeds and the pool area was great. There is another pool area which is more for kids which isn't quite as nice but still good for the kids. Location wise it's very remote - we went out a few times to some local towns and the taxis are expensive - around 20-25 euros each way to nearby places. There is a local bus to Kos town but it only comes every few hours and we didn't enjoy using it as it was crowded with queues of people trying to get on at both ends. Hiring a car is recommended and the hotel does have a nice big car park. There are no lifts in the hotel - so bear this in mind if you have kids and need to carry prams etc up 3 flights of stairs every time you need to go back to your room or perhaps try and book a ground floor room. Overall the hotel and the staff are lovely, but just because of the sewage plant I wouldn't return which is a real shame.

Been back almost two weeks so I've had time to evaluate and reflect on our 10 nights there, first impression was the hotel was looking a bit tired but that's my only negative. Check in was fine had to wait an hour for our room which wasn't a problem, take to our room in a buggy which was great, the room was spotless and kept that way by our cleaner all holiday. Everyday we spent by the infinity pool which was spotless, beds were readily available and comfortable. The service at the bar was brilliant during the day and nighttime, Lefterrace and the young girl behind the bar were brilliant, great chat and service. Food yes there was always pork but loads of other choices, the pizza's were fantastic. I was fine with the temperature of the food but my wife prefers her food steaming hot. Overall the six of us had a fantastic holiday, thank you.

We are 2 pensioners with disabilities and on arrival there was nobody outside to meet us. We were dropped off by the coach outside the hotel. We had about 15 steps up to reception and had to struggle with 2 cases and hand luggage as well as my walking stick and husbands crutch. We checked in and were taken by buggy with our luggage to our room which was quite a way from reception. As we walked up to the room there was a disgusting smell of sewage and realised we were right next to the hotel sewage plant! When we went into the room it was ok but very sparsely furnished. Open wardrobe space and only one drawer in the whole room! Luckily we could not smell the sewage in the room with the aircon on but as soon as it was off it was sickening. Also on the balcony we couldn’t smell it either which was a bonus. We had a lovely sea view but to the left we could see the beginnings of a new hotel being constructed and a digger. Luckily they weren’t working but still spoilt the view. So if you go to this hotel and book a junior suite (room in block B) hold your breath as long as you can until you get into your room. On a good point it was by the beach which is very small and on a slope ( uncomfortable on the sun loungers at an angle)and the infinity pool, pool bar that did snacks from 12.30 to 5.0 also drinks in the pool bar at night if you can stand the smell of the sewage! The sewage was actually overflowing one night when we went to our room and was running towards the bar and the kitchen where the food is made for the snack bar. The only good thing about this hotel was the food. Varied and well cooked. Overall I would not go back to this hotel. This was supposed to be a 4* but I wouldn’t have even given it a 3. More like a 2*

food very poor and drinks not much better staff very good, we booked a junior suite which was a decent room but daughter had to move with husband and children as toilet waste smell was so bad, too many stairs for children or people with disabilities, expected a lot better hotel for price we paid, had to eat out 4 of the 7 nights

We had blast. A family of 4, with an adult child and a 14 year old man child. We are seasoned AI travellers and rank this among the best we’ve been to. We were entertained from morning to night, and on the whole it was really good, it’s your choice if you join in, but you’re missing out if you don’t. During the day there’s foot tennis, ping pong, darts, pool games, aquafit and more. In the evening there’s laser and fire show, dancing, mini disco, quiz nights and more. Marvin, V-boy et al are masters at what they do, one of the best entertainment teams we’ve come across. Our room was in the block by the beach pool. We had a superior room, and I would encourage you to pay the extra. We had air con, and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. There’s a fridge and a kettle. We had a balcony that you could see the sunset, but watching it on the beach is really special. The grounds are really well kept. The food was good and plentiful. There’s always salad, pizza, roast meat or fish plus themed dinners. Guests are encouraged to try food before taking big plates, to avoid food waste. If there’s a queue, it’s usually for the popular food. The snack bar serves lunch which was salads, burgers and hot dogs, meat skewers and pizza. There’s a bus stop on the main road which goes to Mastihari, a pretty but quiet town, and then to the airport. In the other direction Is Kos town which is lively and recommended. We booked a trip to Bodrum with the lady in reception, who was very helpful, telling us the best day to go (Tuesday) and where to find everything in the town. The trip organises your visa, as Bodrum is in Asia, it’s very very hot, so take a fan. The negatives we found: main pool and pool bar area need some TLC. There is sometimes a smell of sewage, but most days you can’t smell it. Anyone with mobility issues may need to ask for a bungalow or ground floor as there’s no lifts, the site is quite large so it’s quite a walk from the bottom pool to the restaurant. Overall we loved it, and in the future we will return. The entertainment team should be really proud of themselves, the restaurant staff work tirelessly and the bar staff remember the regular guests drinks, just what we needed.

We have just been for a 1 week stay at this hotel. Before coming I was slightly concerned given some of the recent reviews, but can honestly say I’ve no idea where they’ve come from!! The hotel is so clean, welcoming and friendly! My son has a serious food allergy, which we brought to the hotels attention on arrival and they went above and beyond to make us feel safe and explained everything to us with the allergens. We felt safer eating here than some places in the UK. The pool areas were always clean, the bar areas were always lovely. Staff always friendly and attentive. Rooms always cleaned and spotless. Beach is lovely also! Entertainment on an evening was fun and varied. Food was always lovely, so much to choose from and full of flavour. So much for the kids and the adults. Different theme each night. Drinks at the bar were varied, lots of cocktails included in the all inclusive and spirits and mixers too! Ice creams available all day long for the kids which is amazing! Overall the best holiday we’ve had, and we’ve already enquired with the jet2 rep about booking for next year. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews, it’s honestly so nice!!

We booked the hotel via Jet2, main reasons for booking were the short transfer time, private beach, 4stars and gorgeous photos of the resort. Beware that the resort is actually very long and spread out and the photos on Jet2 website aren’t really comparable, I think they need to be more transparent about the hotel. We arrived at 1am due to our delayed flight and were given a bag of snacks and a buggy ride to our room with our luggage which was great. All staff are super friendly, they all work so hard, no matter the time or place. Food was quite good, a bit disappointed there wasn’t a Greek night with gyros etc, but we still found a good variety at all meal times. And also not having to worry about my fussy children was great, plain pasta or spaghetti, chips, nuggets and pizzas was available. Downside to the main restaurant is no air con, it was absolutely sweltering in there no matter the time of day. Whilst I appreciate supporting small businesses the drinks at times were not drinkable, cola sometimes tasting of petrol and orangeade tasting like sparkling water. No matter which bar or drinks dispenser you went to, it was just pot luck. Beer was good. We had a junior suite towards the end of the resort near the infinity pool, room was okay, just managed to fit a family of 4 (2adults, a 6 & 8 year old). They were cleaned 6 out of the 7 days and towels replaced, cleaners were fab and did a great job. Air con was a life saver. We were never disturbed by noise in the evening or at anytime. Only downside was the neighbours constantly smoking on their balcony, therefore we didn’t get to sit out much. There wasn’t much entertainment in the evenings and the mini disco is aimed more at Germans, the only song we knew was Baby Shark. I wouldn’t say the hotel is catered towards English people as we did feel left out at times. Especially when it came to music around the pool and the people who didn’t understand what a queue or manners are (not the hotels fault of course). The infinity pool was great and modern, the main pool was quite old, but still clean. Sunbeds were comfy and clean. Impossible to get a sunbed unless you copied other guests and put your towels on the beds to reserve them at 7.30am. We would have liked to hire a Balinese bed for the day but these were also reserved with towels before 10am. We spent most of our holiday at the infinity pool, kids loved it and the views were gorgeous. Highly recommend watching the sunset after dinner too. Location isn’t great and buses or taxis are a must. Reception organised a taxi for us which was really quick and convenient. We went into Kos town for 30euro, lovely place to visit but the taxi queues are horrendous to get back to the hotel, we waited an hour in 36degree heat. Others waited nearly 2hours. The mini market on site is good and reasonably priced. We had a late evening flight and were able to check out of our room late at an extra 10euro per hour which was great and we cons
