We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smy the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we felt looked after. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, well‑presented rooms and communal spaces that made for a very comfortable experience. That said, one significant issue let down an otherwise excellent stay. We booked an all‑inclusive package with the understanding that it covered all drinks for the duration of our visit. However, midway through our stay, we were informed that certain menu items would now be chargeable a change that came with no prior notice and no communication at the time of booking. This is unacceptable. Guests have a right to accurate and transparent information before committing to an all‑inclusive package. Making changes mid‑stay especially when it impacts services we’ve already paid for this is misleading and highly unprofessional An all‑inclusive package should be exactly that all‑inclusive, as advertised.

Lovely place all staff Freindly and helpful especially Despina on reception nothing to much trouble for her she is friendly warm and welcoming and such a lovely person very good at her job. The only down side to the holiday was we stayed in B1413 lovely room fantastic view but the bathroom let it down dirty and mouldy could do with updating apart from that fabulous holiday and would go again

Fab holiday, we stayed in Appt B1413 and wow what a view ! Right from arrival through to departure every member of staff was amazing, everyone works so hard to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. The pools, Bali beds and facilities on offer are second to none. Both restaurants served an amazing choice of Food and drinks and there is so much choice to suit all nationalities. Our room Was cleaned daily to a high standard and we encountered no maintenance issues whatsoever. The animation team work really hard and “ The Queen “ night was well Worth a watch. The bar staff are very quick to Serve you good quality drinks, always friendly and super organised. We are sad to be leaving SMY tonight but will return for sure - thanks to all the staff for a super relaxing holiday.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Regina and Vagia who really made us feel welcome. We had no trouble finding sunbeds by the nice pools each morning. The food was decent with a good variety every night, and when we wanted something different, Neptune restaurant was just a short trip away and totally amazing! We also had a fantastic day out at Lido waterpark, which was only a quick taxi ride. Big shout out to Enea and Emma from the entertainment team for being so friendly and amazing! The other reviews on here really doesn’t give this hotel justice, it was fantastic!

Honestly, just amazing! We had read some mixed reviews before booking, but we are so glad to have stayed here!The food was so so nice, not what you expect from other all inclusive places. Drinks were great too! and the staff was amazing. One thing i’ll say, if you don’t have kids then the entertainment may not be for you as a lot of the night activities were kids focused and not very well executed, but besides that it was so so nice! Also bear in mind that the hotel has been fully renovated, so some of the older reviews are about Princess of Kos (the old name) so they aren’t a reflection of what it’s like now :)

The room was clean and beautiful. The check in process was fast and we are grateful for that because we arrived very late. We were also handed some snacks which was nice because there were no restaurants open. The reception was always kind. Thank you Vagia Eri Ilias and Regina. The buffet staff was always also very kind and helpful even though they did not speak English. The live cooking was awesome!!! You should definitely try the omelettes. The only negative aspect is that some guests reserve the sunbeds even though it’s not allowed. Thank you Smy KOS we are hopefully coming back soon:)

I recently stayed at Hotel Smy and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. It’s clear that they take great pride in what they do. The location was convenient, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the service exceeded expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team at Smy you made our trip truly memorable!
