Very kind, a bit aged but convenient facilities, 20mins walk to city center

For our first visit to Kos. And our first stay at the PERIDIS family resort. My wife and i with our two daughters could not have been made more welcome. Our rooms were serviced and cleaned by an incredibly hard working team. The reception staff on arrival and through our entire stay could not do more to be of assistance. Friendly and welcoming at all hours of the day. They all went above and beyond. Even booking a table for us at the Olympia 2 restaurant for our visit to Zia. Which was amazing!! And also arranging our hire car which was delivered to us at the resort. Thank you Eilena ? Eiphnh Antonis Ainoor Anna and the lifeguard at the pool an absolute star. Easily THE most hospitable hotel I have visited in Europe and possibly the world with excellent service, impeccable hygiene standards & genuine hospitality throughout. Stayed from 1st to 8th October and it’s easy to see that this is a professionally run establishment where every member of Management & the team are well trained and enjoy their work. A great location about a 15 minute enjoyable walk from Kos town centre to the left of the building and a 5 minute walk to the Marina and nearest beach for the most amazing sunrise, on exiting to the right of the building. Food at all times was well presented, tasty & hot. Beers wine and cocktails were always good and service was always excellent. Pool always spotlessly clean and lifeguard always on duty. A perfect hotel for young families, couples or friends. If there was one very small negative it would be the pool towels….. Will definitely return soon for a pool view room next time. We had a fabulous 2 week family holiday at Peridis in June with our 10 year old daughter. The whole resort is spotlessly clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly, they really can't do enough for you. Breakfast had a great choice and was very tasty and lovely to sit and eat it in the shade by the pool. Food and drinks during the day were also very good and you could order straight to your sunlounger with the qr code on your umbrella or go and get table service. Special shout out to Yannis the lifeguard who also organised games and played with the kids, he really was amazing. It's a wee bit of a walk into the Old Town or the Harbour area but totally manageable and it means you have one of the biggest pools in the resort. 10/10 would recommend for families

This hotel was where I experienced many things for the first time (good and bad): - Staying on a main road - wasn’t that bad except for when lorries went by and vibrated the patio doors - School kids pooing in the pool twice - Big thanks to Yiannis for clearing up the mess. If the parents are reading this, we all knew it was your kids and you should have apologised to the hotel & guests who were inconvenienced - Gym - Great onsite gym, just a shame that a guest/guests decided to vandalise it forcing the hotel to close it for a few days. Hopefully the hotel made you pay for the damage - Kids activities - Lots to do including a kids club, outdoor chess, crazy golf and movie nights. Just a shame a guest/guests decided to cut holes in the trampoline (this was at the same time as the gym damage), so no kids could use it - Comfortable bed - I asked for a mattress topper before I arrived and this was the comfiest bed I’d slept in for a long time - Toiletries - Free and very good quality - Close to town - A 15 min walk takes you to the harbour where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. Alternatively 5 mins away enroute to the town are some great restaurants - Staff - Everyone was friendly and helpful, you really couldn’t fault this place for the high standard of service - Food - Fantastic and especially the BBQ night. All fresh and reasonably priced - Supermarket- 2 mins away and has everything you need

This hotel has got everything, you don't need to reserve sun beds in the morning. The staff are fantastic all work extremely hard . A big shout out to the night bartender Peter he's always willing to go the extra mile. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment but wish we had booked a 2 bedroom because of our teenage daughter to give more space but that is my fault. The Hotel is roughly about 15 minutes walk into the old town or 5 minutes through the back streets to the sea front which is a lovely walk . The hotel provides loads of activities for smaller children with a park and crazy golf. My big tip is too hire push bikes to explore the town but also hire a car to explore this lovely Island.
