Anastasia Hotel & Apartments

After reading reviews I was expecting this place to be amazing. It's OK. I think we've been unlucky to have been given the room closest to the road and its NOISY! Plus there's a school opposite which makes sleeping in impossible. The room has new furniture and kitchen with utensils. The bed is a large superking and comfortable. However some of the fixtures are old, the shower cubicle and the blackout shutters that don't close so it's also light when the sun comes up. There's also no lift and had to carry our suitcases up a spiral staircase. The staff here are very friendly and the room is exceptionally cleaned. The pool area is good, not had to fight for sun loungers and they are new and comfortable. There is a good supermarket further down the road. The hotel is close to town centre about a 10 min walk. However through back streets, non of the paving is even and difficult to navigate because of all the trees planted in it. Not sure about the hotel being a 4 star, it's nice but it's also basic. As soon as you arrive you have to pay tourist tax in cash at €10 a night. I was expecting this (just maybe not the needed to be cash part. ) We got a good deal through easyjet holidays. I didn't pay alot,so pretty happy for the price paid.

Visited May 2025 stayed in the apartments with friends . Apartments are beautiful and have everything you need , spacious bedrooms , modern kitchen and bathroom with extra touches like shower gel , soap and body wash . Couldn’t fault the apartments . Pool bar was exceptional for both food and drinks and very reasonably priced . The only downside for me was not enough sun around the pool , I’m not a beach person and we had to chase the sun moving loungers around to stay in it . The pool area itself is amazing and very clean and I would easily say the facilities are a 5 it’s just the sun issue for me that let it down . Think it may be different in peak s aim when the sun is higher in the sky but was an issue at this time of year . Lots of places to eat nearby and the harbour is a 15 minute stroll.

We are at the end of an amazing 25 night stay. Very nice hotel with a spacious room and big balcony! The pool area is nice, as is the food from the bar. A very comfortable stay in a great location, a 10 minute walk to dolphin square. The staff are also very attentive and helpful!

hotel was amazing and the staff were all so friendly couldn’t fault them one bit , we stayed in the main building which has just been refurbished it looks excellent, food is amazing loads to choose from fresh meat from the restaurant chain being them would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to kos

Lovely place!! Rooms were clean and then cleaned everyday with new towels. Very spacious area within rooms. Staff were all very friendly, welcome and helpful! Location couldn’t fault it! A few different ways you can get to the harbour, old town and beaches (both directions) around a 10/15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants near by with a corner shop just down the road and a large supermarket 4 mins walk down the road. Only down side -a number of sunbeds provided around the pool area however you have to play musical sunbeds to chase the sun around pool side - we ended up going to the beach everyday (10/15 minute walk away) but that didn’t bother us as we then enjoyed the beautiful sea. Would stay again!

This hotel is a hidden gem Last night tonight after a two week stay and could not fault this hotel This place is spotless with such friendly staff. A big massive thank you to Yuli for changing our room to an apartment on request. The apartments are huge with excellent facilities and a very large comfy bed Elias and the bar staff are an absolute credit to the hotel with the friendliness and amazing cocktails. The hotel is very central to the harbour approx 7 mins walk with loads of restaurants and bars, however there is also an excellent steak house behind the hotel which is very good and even delivers takeaways if you fancy a lazy night in. The beach is also within a short walking distance Would highly recommend this hotel.I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have been no way near as good as this place.
