Absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever been to, this is my second time staying here and I’ve already booked again for next year. The staff are brilliant and no ask is too much, the housekeeping girls are lovely and leave the rooms sparkling every day. Honestly can’t fault the hotel at all, if you’re looking somewhere for family, friends, couples or even on your own, it’s perfect. Heaven on Earth, thank you Aegean Houses for yet another great holiday.

Just returned from another stay at this lovely hotel. Our fourth visit and won’t be our last. The hotel has been renovated since our visit last year and wow! We had a one bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. Location is perfect for us, 10 minute walk to beach and plenty of choices for really good restaurants within easy walking distance. A good 15 - 20 minute walk will get you into Kos town which we always like to visit at least a couple of times. ALL the staff here are absolutely amazing and we are always made to feel welcome, from the reception staff, the bar and restaurant staff to the cleaners who do a fabulous job of keeping the hotel and rooms spotlessly clean. Already got my laptop out ready to hit the book now button for next year! Thank you for helping us make more amazing memories and will see you again next summer.

Amazing place spotless. Staff are superb so helpful. First time to Greece couldn’t be made more welcome. You cannot find fault in this accommodation, every part was a 5* experience. Excellent food & breakfast I have not ever seen this amount of selection to suit anyone’s palette fabulous. A big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special.

4th time in 4 years we have been back to Aegean Houses, we didn’t think it could get better but it has, an amazing refit over the winter has brought this place up a level, the finish of the rooms is fantastic, everything is fresh, made our stay even more comfortable. This place is our first choice. Lovely restaurant onsite and the best bar in Kos. All the facilities you could need, place is spotless and the staff are all amazing, we love them all. Can’t wait to go back

Just returned from a week with my two sisters (all in our sixties). Stayed in room 421. Everything was perfect, the room was great size for three adults, well equipped, very clean. All staff lovely. Highly recommend it. Would return
