Kos Divine Hotel & Suites

Stuff is very friendly. Great breakfast. The fitness center happened to require an additional charge, which is not fair.

Plus points are the location is good if you don’t mind short walks. The rooms are really nice and the staff are friendly. However, the rooftop “bar” played music until 1.30 am at ridiculous levels that made the rooms on the third floor vibrate. They need to sort that. Also the gym is a paid extra and not included. 15 euros for three visits or 7 for one.

We arrived this morning at 2am and allocated a room, on arrival in the room it was identified that our balcony contained scaffolding from unfinished building works. I called reception and indicated I would like to move, however I had to wait until the reception manager was in work at 9am In the morning we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and they had nothing to offer, I asked to upgrade the room at my own cost, I was informed this isn't possible as Jet2 do not allow this?? We were told that in a few days there might be rooms we could move to or look at, so no unpacking and living out of a suitcase until then This is most unacceptable for our holiday and very inconvenient I called Jet2 and logged a complaint regarding this at 9am, I was called back at 1800hrs saying it's been resolved by the hotel, well it hasn't and is still ongoing, no move yet Point to note this hotel is still not completed it's renovations, there is scaffolding on the side of the building past our room and ends on the roof bar The onsite restaurant as advertised are not open We upgraded to Divine Club to get access to the roof top bar as it sounded amazing, don't be fooled, there is scaffolding on the roof, empty shelves behind the bar area, berry well uses plastic cups, no free food and limited snacks, only nuts, that's it, no draught beer and the toilets are in aplastic porto loo like facilities. I feel the divine club isn't value for money and miss sold, there is a divine lounge on the ground floor that has snacks but yet again miss sold, very poor and limited. I Tried to enter the lounge this afternoon and was asked to come back later as it was occupied, so not very inclusive. The pictures of this hotel look amazing hence why we booked, but in reality it's not that great, Jet2 once again are not really bothered about it's customers and unfortunately I'm very disappointed in the choice of hotel, I would love to leave and find another hotel however I'm not getting a refund

Good 4* star hotel, newly renovated ( modern Design) with central location, very close to the beach and Kos town city center, good choice of breakfast, friendly staff. Please remember that if you book this hotel via portals like: ***********, ******* or TUI you are not allowed to use a roof top bar between 10 and 6pm which personally I found not really customer orientated for all holiday makers and next time I stay in the sister property Kos Art Aktis - amazing hotel with stunning sea view

Here at Kos divine now (going home tomorrow) Can’t fault this hotel in any way, everything is great. Our room was spotless on arrival and the cleaners are in every day. The waitresses/waiters are very helpful around the pool, you don’t even have to move off your sun lounger to get drinks/food…fantastic service. Perfect location, not too far from Kos town ..very pleasant walk or could get a taxi if needed. Would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Kos again Thank you all so much for making this holiday great 🙏🏻😄

Warm welcome, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, quality breakfast, good location, great pool and poolside area including well stocked bar. Had a toasted club sandwich to die for. Highly recommended. I had been really worried by a recent TA review but am pleased to report that the rooftop bar is open, fully stocked and for Club members exclusively from 10am to 6pm offer a range of drinks to suit most tastes. There is still some scaffolding on a tower next to one side of the building but that seems to be the extent of ongoing renovation. I would recommend a Club room as this also includes welcome drinks, free access to mini bar in a special club lounge and the rooftop bar freebies.

We had a suite which wasn’t as big as the others suites. The bedroom and lounge was separated by a glass petition and when you need to rooms because your hubby snores this was ideal. The hotel itself is spotless and the pool and sun lounge area is lovely. Staff are friendly and prices for food and drink are similar to the uk, however there are cheaper options further down into the town. The hotel has its own sun lounges on the beach but the beach outside the hotel is rubbish. There are other beaches a lot nicer at Tigkaki.

Small details, lovely staff-friendly hotel, small things let it down. Overpriced drinks and food too hit-and-miss for me. Still in the missed of renovation so I would imagine very nice when finished. On a plus nice walk into the town and very close to the marina.
