I cannot say how wonderful this hotel is! My friends and I were there for a week and flew back yesterday and I already miss it!! The staff are so lovely always making us feel welcome! Making sure we always have a drink in hand. We made so many friends with all the staff who put up with our chatting . the housekeepers are also so lovely leaving us flowers in our room. The facilities are also so lovely beds are so comfortable the pool is amazing and it’s a short walk from the beach!! Can’t wait to come again next year

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are amazing, can't do enough for you and very friendly and alway happy. Food is the best I've had in an all inclusive and the drink especially the cocktails are very good. The view from our room is amazing and there is our own private beach too with food and drink. You don't do anything the staff do it all. You order your drinks, you get seated to eat and they serve you by the pool. It is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in. Highly recommend it. Your a bit out the way here so a car is a very good option, then can go anywhere. I've had the best time and will definitely be coming back.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely and clean! Plenty of sun beds around the pool and on the beach! Would highly recommend! Food was good at the buffet, no queuing, and plenty of choices with the crepe bar, sandwich bar and gyros bar. Great place for kids with the 3G pitch too, also tennis court, basketball court and outdoor gym.

Rooms shabby and dated. Pool view was a bricked wall. Food not the best restaurant dated and crammed. Service in restaurant dire worse I ever been too. Can’t say I enjoyed getting ripped off paying 5* price which is essentially a 3 * hotel. Shame on the person. Who classed this 5

Our stay at Mitsis Ramira got off to a rocky start. Upon arrival, there was confusion with our booking, and we were initially placed in a double pool view room instead of the deluxe double sea view we had reserved. After a trip back to reception, staff admitted to a mix-up and told us it would be resolved the next day. This caused annoyance as transparency from the start would’ve been appreciated. The following day, we were informed of an upgrade to a family sea view room, which sounded promising but ended up being more of a distant sea view, still overlooking the pools. By this point, we decided not to push further. Unfortunately, we discovered the minibar contained a half-drunk bottle of wine. Back to reception again—this time requesting an unopened bottle, a coffee machine (which the original room was supposed to have), and functional balcony chairs, as the ones in our room were broken. To their credit, staff did resolve these issues, but this took up the first two days of our holiday and definitely dampened the start. On a more positive note, the food was plentiful and the drinks selection was good. We particularly enjoyed the à la carte restaurants and the afternoon tea —both worth trying. A special thank you to the waitress Lara who was very friendly and helpful and did provide a 5-star service. The outdoor gym, however, was underwhelming. We also hired bicycles (20 minute ride to Kos) and a beach buggy directly from outside the hotel both hassle-free experiences that made for great days out. Overall, while the resort advertises itself as a 5-star experience, in reality, it felt more like a solid 4-star which is reflected in the cost of the holiday compared to other hotels. If you book with that in mind, you’ll likely enjoy your stay.

We went to the Mitsis Ramira for a week with family in May. Upon arrival the staff kindly changed our rooms to place the three rooms we had booked next to one another. This was one of a number of occasions where the staff went out of their way to ensure our experience was special. This includes Gorgios in the Italian restaurant, who gave us a lovely table, and sorted out a second evening for us at the a la carte for later in the week. He was fantastic, as was all the staff working in the restaurants and buffet, along with the food that was served. My partner is a vegetarian and the buffet/restaurant provided a number of suitable and delicious options for her. In terms of the rooms, they were spacious, clean, and contemporary. The beds were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the pool and the mountains. The cleaners replaced towels whenever requested and made the beds beautifully. Another touch that we appreciated were the shutters for the balcony, allowing us to have peaceful mornings. The pools were a little cold, but I think that can be put down to the time of year of our visit. Other than that, we were satisfied with the fact that they offered a deep pool good for swimming, as well as a more quiet pool with a relaxed atmosphere. The beach was lovely also, we personally prefer sandy beaches but this did not spoil our enjoyment of it, nor the excellent fast food offered at the beach bar. It was often a bit windy at the beach, but once again, this is to be expected on an island. The hotel was excellently situated, around a 45 minute walk, 10 minute drive, or 20 minute cycle from the pretty town of Kos. Bikes could be hired from a stand next door to the hotel, who also offered other services such as quad bikes and beach buggies. The cycle is very safe, with a direct cycle path to the town centre, you literally cannot get lost. The only gripe we had with our stay related to the drinks, which all tasted quite similar. This doesn’t take away from the excellent service provided by the bar staff or the servers, including Lara who was lovely. If we could offer any constructive feedback to the hotel, it would be to invest in better drinks as we were left a little disappointed in that regard. This along with a few more seats being made available, as it tended to get quite busy in the evenings. All in all, our stay at the Mitsis Ramira was a delight. We would absolutely recommend, and could very easily see ourselves returning in future.

I spent a week at the Mitsis hotel in may , this is my experience. The hotel staff are very friendly, the room was comfy and clean ,nice comfy bed and pillows. Mini bar stocked daily. Room cleaned daily . The Al acarte restaurants are very busy and we could only get late night bookings, to late to eat at 9.30 pm , however we did enjoy the meat one better than the Italian. The buffet restaurant is very busy and very repetitive . Food most time cold. The staff in the restaurant need a plan . They take you to a table then someone asks you what you want to drink . That's a hit or a miss it could take 2/3 goes at getting one ,even water for 4 people, they brought 4 small glasses instead of leaving the bottle . Breakfast in the morning was a nightmare. Again the waiters had to be ask several times for orange juice and coffee . So in my opinion the waiters should be allocated certain tables to serve instead of shouting to one another . Bar staff especially Alexandrea and Eleni were fabulous some of the boys to can't remember there names in the main bar ,also the pool waiter Miliadis he does a fabulous job of keeping everyone happy . Big shout out to them . This hotel is rated 5 star I don't think it is . So when I booked my holiday it said buffet restaurant and 2 Al acarte restaurants they were all together separated buy a trellis. It also said premium drinks . First night I was there and ask for a drink it was disgusting. Definitely not brand name . I ask at the bar to be told no they didn't have branded vodka or Bacardi , I said we are supposed to get premium drinks . So the next day one of the bar staff told me they had some. It was kept under the counter and you only got it if you asked . This should not have happened at all . If your booking said premium drinks it should be premium. I really don't know what the big secret was to keep it under the counter. Overall I did enjoyed my holiday even though it was very windy . Would I go back to that Misis hotel NO .
