Porto Bello Royal

Rated it 4 not 5 Purley on the restaurant its little things when they set the tables for you they miss things out, for instance if you order coffee they bring it black no milk then you have to chase them up for milk, also when you pick desert there is never a spoon. Would be much better with a self serve coffee machine and better table service or even leave cuttley where people can grab theirself however the food is alright loads of choice different times of day but a little repetitive at times..the rooms are good the hotel is absolutely beautiful in a great setting can be windy at times blows right across the hotel its very open but absolutely stunning loads of swimming pool so your not fighting over a lounger. Entertainment is very poor only lasts an hour thank god other than them little issues can't fault the place Ohhh if your in a family room you don't get beer tip the fridge bloke an so a deal 👌

Just back from a weeks stay and can honestly say that all my reservations have gone! Location is spot on, views incredible, food was fine, if it a bit repetitive at times. Whilst plenty of room around the pool, only slight drawback was the amount of people in the dining room for evening meal. Looking forward to a return visit.

Absolutely amazing hotel, all members of staff are friendly and always helpful shoutout to M and Katrina. Hotel was spotless, food was amazing and overall a fabulous holiday with Beautiful views, and places to visit, local buses to get to kos and Kardamena from the hotel, beautiful beaches and with 15 swimming pools it’s never over crowded, choice of 5 restaurants and the weathers beautiful even in May.

Slightly feeling ripped off.. So the hotel is beautiful, huge and lots of amenities but ..we arrived last night, staff were lovely and Friendly we had booked a deluxe sea view room but found woke up to a million ants 🐜 crawling everywhere and the shower faulty Requested a room change and was offered a swim up room but we had to pay £300 ! It's left me feeling a little short changed and disappointed but the new room is lush ! On the plus side, the rooms are spacious Food is great quality and the staff friendly Just beware of room charges!

We have been here before but as we have not travelled for 5 years we decided to go again. It is still a lovely hotel. Great food, clean, spacious rooms and lovely staff ( Anna, Serkis and the lady in the beach bar) to name a few. We had beautiful weather. The beach is lovely for swimming and cooler than by the pool. Everything was just perfect. If I had one thing we would have liked it would have been a non alcoholic beer! That was the only thing we missed! The views of Nissiros Volcano were spectacular too.

This was our fourth visit but after a gap of five years we were not sure if we would still love thr hotel or if things may have changed vastly. We found it on all fronts to be even more wonderful and relaxing than ever; front of house staff are polite and friendly (special mention to Denisa and Simon), the rooms and all public areas and toilets are spotless and always smell fresh, the standard of food is very high (Burger Project is of such a high standard as is the Italian restaurant [having to pay for wine at the latter does however feel churlish in an all inclusive resort]) and the umpteen pools are absolutely pristine and a joy to relax in. It was so lovely too to see some old faces omongst the staff; the delightful Anna and Karina who work in the Greek beach restaurant and beach bar. Just one member of staff at the main bar was unwelcoming, dour and frankly looked disinterested and not engaged or remotely helpful.. his blond hair should let management know who i am talking about. And just one last point; only the newish pool bar in the 900 block serves dry Prosecco.. who wamts sweet Prosecco? I didn't even know it was produced!! We felt so relaxed during our week's stay and have already decided to return soon. Enjoy for there is so much to enjoy if you holiday at the Porto Bello Royal.
