During the visit, the refrigerator was broken, but when the problem was reported to the young lady Stavrolou (blonde hair), new cooling was installed that same day! The 2nd problem arose when 2 couples came to stay next to and above me! Upon arrival, my TV satellite connection dropped. gone, could no longer receive any channels?????The next day I was lied to, it was the fault of the satellite, so to speak!!! Then I visited friends on the other side of the hotel in their room and saw that everything was ok there TV came with all channels, WiFi worked without dropping out every minute! The rooms were much quieter and there was plenty of hot water and pressure on taps! The food was very well prepared and delicious>great! Rooms well maintained but no English speaking cleaning ladies, who actually stole my fruit bowl the penultimate day before leaving home The truth>Philip Staes

The hotel is situated in an ideal location with a short walk or bus ride in to Kos town. Across the road is the sea , which i would describe as safe swimming -- however , at the front of the hotel is a large impressive swimming pool , surrounded by the usual sun-beds etc. and a pool bar/cafe -- surrounding the pool area there is large grassy areas with sunbeds and ideal for a quiet rest. The staff at the reception are most helpful, especially IRENE who has a vast knowledge relating to the hotel and all about KOS. Our room was comfortable, spacious, looked out towards the town and the sea and with a little advice from MIKE , we learnt how to find the english channels on the TV. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the evening meal was very enjoyable , with Nora always busy and did a fine job of looking after us ---- and we look forward to our visit to the CONTINENTAL PALACE next year.

Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. The food is horrendous, nothing is appealing or nutrious. Food that is left over from breakfast will appear in a dish for evening meal. Tined carrots yes carrots for breakfast will be cut up and put in a salad for evening meal. The Snack bar sells horrible food too. The hotel is very clean, thats the only good think I have to say about the hote.

We were here for 7 nights, actually the last day. Room furniture is a bit old but everything works. Staff is very kind, professional and helpful. Especially the receptionist Irene, very kind and helpful person. She helped us with everything we asked. This person is real professional in her job. We are looking forward to the next year, we would like to visit this hotel again. Food is very good, no need to eat outside, everything is great. Thank you all for a perfect service!

We recently stayed at a hotel in Kos and had an amazing holiday experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with rooms being cleaned every day and fresh bed linen and towels provided daily. The staff at the hotel were all exceptional, with a special mention to Zeena on reception, Michael in the dining room, and hotel manager Yannis. The location of the hotel was great, being close to the beach and only a 15-minute walk to Kos town. The pool was fantastic and the gardens were beautiful. The food at the hotel was of high quality with plenty of choices and fresh options available every night. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel each evening and found the entertainment to be enjoyable as well. Overall, we have no complaints about this hotel. It was superbly managed and guests were well taken care of. We will definitely be returning next year and can't wait to go back. We had a wonderful time in Kos and at this hotel. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

Our flight was delayed meaning we didn’t get to check in until gone midnight, it was quick and pleasant (although tourist tax was 70€ for the week, quite high) When we got to our room there was a wrap, water and orange juice in the fridge waiting for us. A nice touch. The room was basic but clean. Maid service every day which was great. The beds are rock hard, didn’t have a good sleep the whole time, between the rock hard bed and the cockerels cock a doodle doing from 05:00 am . Breakfast was ok. Always fresh bread, rolls etc (toaster was one 6 slice toaster for the whole hotel which took at least 6 minutes for the bread to be ever so slightly toasted) hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or omelette beans etc Fresh cheese, ham pastries and fruit. The pool area was lovely. The pool Is huge and never crowded. Always able to get a sunbed no matter what time of the day you go. Snack bar was average. I only ordered the gyros which was nice and reasonably priced, so cannot comment on other things on the menu. Evening meal was nice, we always found something to eat, the usual fresh salad, cheese and cold meats, pasta soup rice and meat. The desserts were lovely. Irene on reception was so helpful and informative, she gave us really useful information and leaflets. The man on reception at night was also pleasant Location was great. Supermarket next door and the little shingle beach opposite. A lovely 20 minute walk into Kos Town or the bus stop is right outside if you don’t want to walk. The second supermarket just a little further up the road does fresh baguettes made to order for just 4.5€ All in all a great week, this was a sisters holiday and we both thoroughly enjoyed, would like to return with husband next.
