We got this hotel at a bargain price. We were aware that the location was poor with nothing really in walking distance. Kos town 40 minutes walk. There is a nice little bar called the white pearl at bottom of road leading to hotel, this offered a welcome change of scenery on an evening if you don’t fancy the entertainment or going in to town. Getting to Kos town very easy on bus or hotel will call a taxi which is 10 euro. The food was what you would expect for a 3 star hotel, restaurant was ok and could always find something to eat. Snack bar poor and smelt of grease. The all inclusive drinks were very good and better than some 4 star hotels we’ve been to. The hotel and grounds are well kept, spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The weather was amazing for time of year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Just got home from a holiday staying at the Atlantica Thalassa, be booked last minute and wasn’t sure what to expect but we were beyond happy. Upon arrival the hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff work hard to keep the hotel in top condition, From the groundsmen to the housekeeping to the waiting staff. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. My little one was given a snack and a drink, when checking out too we were told we could still go and have lunch or go to the bar whilst we waited. She’s such a lovely woman. The restaurant opens 3 times a day and there’s always loads of options, from salad bars to meats, to vegetable dishes then things like pizza, chips, breads. The staff in the restaurant are such hard working people and items are cleaned off the tables and reset immediately. So thank you to you all you are appreciated! The bars offer a wide range of drinks from hot chocolates to cocktails. The room was absolutely fine, the bathroom was lovely, we had a little balcony, it was cleaned everyday and I wouldn’t personally expect anything else from a holiday room. There’s a few activities on site such as a kids playroom, tennis court, beach volleyball and then activities held by the entertainment team. The pools can be a little chilly, but I’d expect that in October, theyre not heated but fine once you’re in! The kids playroom may need a little tlc but then toddlers don’t particularly care as long as there’s toys! It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the beach depending if you’ve got little legs with you and you can rent beach chairs for €3. There’s a bus stop outside the hotel to go into the town which is about 15 minutes give or take on how busy it is. Overall so happy, I want to acknowledge the people that work so hard everyday at the hotel thank you for giving us an amazing holiday!

Lovely traditional Greek hotel with friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds. Rooms are basic but clean (like the rest of the hotel) Food is good and plenty of choice. Walk into Kos is about 40 mins or you can get the bus right outside of the hotel which takes 10 mins. The island is stunning and we hired a car for the day (60 euros) and travelled all over easily as roads are very quiet and easy to navigate. Would defiantly return to the island and hotel. Perfect hotel for those who hate the large, soulless hotels that lack character and warmth.

We arrived at 3 in the morning check in was fast and we were given a very welcome food parcel sandwiches crisps fruit and a drink. We had booked a family room 209 it was nice and large with very comfortable beds and spotless linen. Air con was good and a fridge , kettle ,mugs coffee sugar and cream provided. Bathroom was lovely great shower and very modern. Good hairdryer provided. The hotel is lovely with gorgeous grounds and a great pool. The food is delicious , tasty, plentiful with a fabulous variation myself and husband are vegetarian and the choice was great. My son who eats meat was very impressed as well the drinks were nice and the staff are so friendly and helpful Ali in the restaurant especially. Tennis court and table tennis are good. The little beach across the road is a nice change but definitely need some swim / beach shoes as very pebbly. The bus to Kos town is just outside. We walked to Lambi beach which took about 35 minutes.Fabulous holiday would definitely come again.

Hotel location is a bit out of the way but we knew this when we booked and that was fine for us. Hotel complex small but perfect for us cleanliness is great no faults. Rooms- bigger than expected all you need is there with good balcony, charging devices very slow with electricity. Food- there was something for us every time we went even though my wife was picky with what she ate. Entertainment not great this was the only let down in my opinion. Pool very nice but cold but once your in your body gets used to it. Drinks ok we only had the beer and cola/Fanta. Snack bar good something different cooked every day. Staff are very friendly big shout out to Edyta who helped us before we arrived in organising a hairdresser to come one morning as we were going to a wedding. Transport- buses are confusing bus from hotel, the bus only goes to Kos town, there you can get buses to other places, we didn't bother. We booked taxis twice through reception turned up both times. All in all great little hotel and would not hesitate to stay again .

Before we went we read all the reviews and as they were so strongly in favour we booked. Rooms Rooms are a series of apartments, a little old and shabby but serviceable They have a fridge kettle safe and air con We had a family room with a large king bed Separate room for two teens with air con in their room too Large balcony Bathroom Very small and it flooded right height the apartment the first time we showered (hair stuck in the drain) Hairdryer and shaver /toothbrush point Pool One pool same depth all round and one baby pool Plenty of beds about. The basic low beds Pool area is clean and a snack bar from around 11 am Towels are a little thin and shabby but clean Food Always find something to eat and to be a fair it is reasonably good quality. I’ve def had worse Breakfast by far worst meal. No variety of cooked at all same every day and not great Themed nights Entertainment Poor quality nothing to say about it really same songs for the kids every single night making it utterly boring Nothing for the adults Beach across the road It needs a good clean up as lots of debris (rocks tiles wood fag ends etc ) Can be a little rocky when your going in as well But they charge 3 euro for using the beds (first time I’ve ever had this on an all inclusive holiday where the hotel has its own beds) Sea is clean and clear once in No beach bar I wouldn’t return to this hotel because I like the more 4 star experience. But it’s a decent enough 3 star hotel Worth knowing You can’t get anywhere from Lambi and there isn’t anything around so your cut off There is a bus stop at the end of the hotel but that will only take you to Kos town. From Kos town you then need to get busses to where you want to go. You are better advised to hire a car/buggy to get around. Kos is a beautiful island and there is really only one main road around it so nice and easy to get about. Don’t hire it from Lambi as it will cost you double! Hire it from Kos town Do the 3 island cruise. It will close you around 25 euro adult and 10-15 for kids includes BBQ and a 10-5 offering great value for money. We went twice once on the pirate ship but then on the Kristina as that’s a smaller family boat and you are pretty much guarantee to see the dolphins as they go where the bigger boats don’t go Enjoy

Positives first. Zogafira in the restaurant and Millena in the lounge bar both amazing. Loved these ladies. 2nd week when Ben And James took over the entertainment fantastic. Before then entertainment was non existent. Rooms ok but hardly any storage for clothes so hung up what we could. Then lived out of the suitcase which I hate doing. The small chest of drawers in the wardrobe were broken. Rooms could do with an upgrade. Also the doors to the apartment had massive gap at the bottom allowing bugs to get in. Food was good and always something to eat. Minestrone soup was a big hit. Pool area and sun loungers could do with a clean. Also sad people that get up and put their towels down at 6.30 meaning sun loungers around the pool not always available. The leaflet the hotel gives you says towels would be removed they wasn’t. We arrived late 10.45pm and wasn’t given a bag with sandwiches in yet other people were given this??? This hotel could be 5 star if updated a little. Bus was ok. Was always late but it was cheap.

Currently staying at the Atlantica Thalassa, the hotel is small, with only a wardrobe and dressing table with 2 small drawers for your clothes. But having said that they do say that the best things come in small packages! The room (221), faces out to a grassed area and the swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, the food is gorgeous, yes breakfast is always the same food but the variety is phenomenal for a small hotel with cereals, meat, cheese, bread, rolls, scrambled and boiled eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, salad, pancakes, savoury and sweet pastries, porridge, different flavoured teas and juices so something for everyone. Lunch and dinner change daily with a lot of variety and everything is delicious (I know I've tried it all). Plenty of sun beds if you don't mind being on the grass which is close to the pool, easy access to the pool via steps, pool bar opens at 10am and they serve the ice cream. All areas are clean and tidy. Room cleaned 5 times a week, we have had our beds changed, but only been here 4 days. The bus stop is at the end of the hotel driveway and a bit to the right, the hotel has a timetable of busses in to kos town, the earlier ones run on time but do get later as the day goes on, 2 euro to go in and 1.60 euros to return, very easy to get the bus in and back again the driver calls out your hotel before the stop so you won't miss your hotel. All in all this is a fantastic hotel which I would recommend we are really enjoying our stay and still have just over a week to go.

It was a great stay, listen, we fly very often and we really went to different places, we even had 5 stars and 2 stars, we usually chose large resorts with an aqua park and a few swimming pools, and if I'm honest, choosing this holiday was a 10 hit!!!! ! The food was delicious, the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, I must praise three wonderful ladies, the bartender Mirella who was like (mother) you could talk to her about everything, the next lady was Fotini the waitress who as soon as you entered a diner or dinner you could immediately see her smile and positive energy. There should be more people smiling so positively..... And the next lady is a cleaning lady named Koni, who did wonders with the towels.... As for the standard, the rooms are clean and tidy, and as for small defects, such as the cupboard not closing properly. , the floor has a hole, listen, people, everything is getting destroyed, especially since so many people pass through these rooms that it's shocking... The best thing is the location - you can sail to Turkey and spend a great time, or go out in the evening to Kos where life is teeming with life. The only minus is the lack of water sports. So I heartily recommend this hotel, there is something for everyone.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
