Pure fraud! I wanted to reschedule a pre-paid massage but they do not answer phone calls. Had to ask via email but because they didn’t immediately see the mail, the owner rudely responded that i was too late and could not reschedule! Watch out for these frauds and spread the word!

The staff is very welcoming and attentive. We booked a suite for two nights. Of course the decor is minimalist but it is also announced on the site ... but our room was ultra spacious clean and functional. Special mention for a huge bathroom, bright with shower and bathtub! A simple but effective breakfast with quality products. But the best thing about this hotel is its magnificent wellness area. Of course at an additional cost but impossible to regret the investment! A huge indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, to not know where to start.! A real moment of relaxation. We will come back for sure!!!!

Super poorly maintained wellness, shower full of limescale, cracked walls, dirty and dangerously damaged swimming pool, we did not stay there for an hour, even though we had booked for longer, it is DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Instead of the promised and paid bath, a shower. The mattress is so old it has become a bathtub, decrepit. Not the proposed free sauna and wellness. Also not available for a fee / not enabled. Breakfast was disappointing and parking €10 per night is a bit much for what is offered. Pictures online may be from a distant past. Don't trip on the stairs to the breakfast room

We had booked an afternoon of wellness. Definitely not worth the money! Extremely outdated and very dirty! We left again after an hour. Very big disappointment... Lots of things broken that can't be repaired. We will never come back here again. Terrible!

Started when I entered the parking lot with the huge potholes, almost fallow on the car, then had to look for an entrance to wellness, finally got there with my Groupon voucher, they said that I could have four hours of wellness, while it was clearly stated at Groupon all day during weekdays... .it IS like that was my answer without any qualms...came in to the wellness huge sewer smell, too cold not even wet and already cold...no relaxing music anywhere or anything, had to phone in the cafeteria for a coke that costs €4 and there is none at all sitting comfortably, outside a workman in dirty clothes who walked away all the time and again no one was to be seen,"experience"shower was a wonderful experience: a few drops of cold water, hammam smelled of no mold, infrared cabin exactly the same as a passkot and cold and very unpleasant , swimming pool full of leaves and neck massager broken, no jacuzzi:(, hot tub was not hot, and very dangerously slippery around it, the relaxation areas cold, dark, no music and no lounger cushion and therefore certainly not inviting... and much more... and a pity with my I paid the voucher twice on Friday:(….mr I won't go back there so I lost double the money on an unpleasant cold day!! I should have read the reviews first! Because apparently not the only malcontent!
