This hotel is quite weird. I booked a double bed, but when I got there, they said there was only a single bed. It was 11pm, so I had to call Ctrip to handle it. They found a room. Finally, I found a room. I went upstairs and searched for a long time but couldn't find it. Two kind French people helped me find a room. The layout of the rooms on that floor is terrible. If there is an emergency, I will be dizzy for a long time.

On our way back from France to Brussels, we had to change trains at Kortrijk, and we looked for a place to have a bite and a drink close to the railway station. We were very pleased to find the stylish Parkhotel Kortrijk almost opposite the station. We shared a Belgian beer and a generous and yummy portion of mini croquettes and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the dining room. We wouldn’t hesitate to try the hotel itself.

Terrible experience. Although the hotel has been renovated and looks modern, the sound insulation of the rooms are very bad. If you don’t like to live with you the other clients (you hear them snore, cough, flush the toilet and more…….), I strongly recommend to avoid this place. And service is terrible.

Check in was easy, and the friendly staff had our keys ready & waiting for our arrival--all hotels should do this! The hotel has several fairly swift lifts. The room was well lit and large. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and non-feather pillows--great for allergy sufferers. There were nightstands on each side of the bed with power outlets near the floor--good for two people to charge devices at bedside. The room had a coffeemaker, mini fridge, iron, and ironing board. The shower water pressure was good & the hot water stayed hot. No visible mold in the showers--good job, housekeeping! The towels were just so-so. I've stayed here before & would happily stay again as long as I continue to get good rooms.

Still the best hotel in Kortrijk - I’ve stayed here regularly over the last 12 years and seen a great deal of change. The latest extension is one step too far and whilst the rooms are ok, there is a lack of attention to detail. The Jules bar is great for a drink and a bar meal. The bistro restaurant is good quality food at a price (however the old menu with Flemish stew was better). This is a very good business hotel, but prices are on the high side.
