We loved our stay at Bedarra! While everything was as we had hoped for, it was especially the wonderful staf (and Vini with whom our son fel in love with in particular) that made our stay so exceptionally comfortable and fun. It's a very warm and welcoming hotel where we've really enjoyed ourselves!

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

One of the best ways to increase customer satisfaction and encourage more reviews from guests is by providing excellent customer service. Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. Making your guests the highest priority will ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression, and your reviews will reflect this.

Some of the most pleasant memories from my trip to Fiji will remain about this resort! Quite by accident (I made a mistake with the name in the hotel when booking) I got into this hotel! But how wonderful everything was during my vacation, you have no idea! The hotel is in a secluded place, only the roadway is nearby and that’s it! For a peaceful, relaxing holiday - definitely the best choice! The beach is excellent - coral, but there are several sandy entrances! There are fish, crabs and starfish in the water! Snorkeling is great! By the way, the hotel provides a free kayak. Palm trees hanging over the shore - indescribable nature! The staff deserves a special word - they are very grateful to them, to these kind people who were wonderful to me and to all the other guests! These are rainbow people who love their job! I will remember you guys! I recommend staying at this hotel! I hope my experience and resume will help you!

We have just come back from 9 nights staying on Likuri Island, and it was just great. The location and the staff are fantastic. We have two kids 9 and 11 and they didn’t want to come home they were having that much fun. Accomodation, food and activities are great and the island and surrounding areas have so much to offer. The Staff on the island go over and above to make you feel welcome and enjoy your experience. We will definitely return for another holiday at Likuri ✅

We had already had an idea that the rooms would be dated from the reviews. So expected as much and weren't fussed about our stay, given the price hence why we 4 stars as prob can do with an upgrade. We were on the ground floor and we didn't have any bugs in our room. Cleaning was pretty good. One of the cleaners who had returned to work there in the last few months was REALLY amazing at his job. The restaurant food was really good we had no complaints, so dined there quite a bit. Rosie's onsite were also really helpful when we booked activities. But the staff are what make this place such a great atmosphere to be at. The bar staff Eroni (Rhonda) and Vasiti were AMAZING. Super helpful to give you advice and what to look out for. We would recommend the place based on the staff

More than ten minutes drive from the airport to the hotel, the location is relatively close. Next to it is a supermarket, which is a relatively large supermarket. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are very good, there is a swimming pool or something, it is more suitable for bringing children. However, some room lights are very dark and there is a small light. I think in general, most things are a bit greasy, but not very expensive. Service attitude is also good.

We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. I went to Crusoe's Retreat after staying at an island of Coral Coast, so we had to take a short bus ride and then a taxi to get there. The resort is located at the end of a long and winding road. When we finally got to the top of the hill prior to descending to the reception area - I was impressed by the view of the ocean. All rooms have an amazing view, unfortunately they all require a lot of walking to get to. Except for a few fairly close to the main building. This is not a deterrent for me - however, those who don't like a lot of steps should take it into consideration. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are not blocked off by anything for the higher level rooms. My seaview bure was quite roomy, had a comfortable bed, was very clean, had louvered windows, a ceiling fan, was well lit, had a deck and a spacious bathroom with quick and plentiful hot water. Also a roomy little fridge and tea and coffee making supplies. Breakfast was included - it was cereals, toast, fresh baking, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. I could also have ordered breakfast off the menu but was satisfied with the one provided. The meal plan is available - but it was recommended to me to forego it and to just order off the menu at meal time. As it turns out - I ate very well and paid less than if I had taken the meal plan. The prices are a bit higher than usual Fijian restaurants, the portions are very large and they are well prepared. The menu has a fair variety and there is a fully stocked bar. I enjoyed every meal I had there, the fish was particularly good. One can also eat or have a drink at the beach bar building, which is over the ocean. There is a unique pool, a hot tub and a very big ocean. Depending on the tide, one can walk for miles down the beach. Massages are available in a building down by the beach. Sunset cruises are available, there is snorkelling trips available and they will arrange fishing trips. During dinner and in the evening, we had entertainment which was mainly music and singing, quite enjoyable. There is a small village next door to the resort and visitors are welcome to visit. All of the staff are outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. When I left - all the staff in the main building left whatever they were doing and came to sing me a farewell song. All in all, I was quite happy and would return to Crusoe's.
