The room is super beautiful, there are hills and oceans at a glance, I put the photo here . A hotel very suitable for vacation. The service staff are also very helpful, The beach was great and should be the best I had ever had a swim in all the seas. Because the scenery was great and the water was very clean, I fell in love after swimming! The only problem is that WIFI is not very easy to use, it has been jumped out. It makes me difficult to work, haha, maybe that is why I can rest in this hotel. But it is indeed the only fly in the ointment. I was very impressed that Daniela was really great at the Wave restaurant, and once we went, he basically remembered what we wanted and was super attentive! This kind of staff is really unforgettable, to praise it a lot! Anyway, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location is next to wctc. Shopping is very convenient. The hotel staff have very good service attitude. The only drawback is that I booked a sea view room, but I was assigned a city view room.

Even when my flight was suddenly canceled, they kindly responded by messaging me in real time. There are many restaurants around, but there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, so you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. Very good location, Palau city center. Very close to the restaurant, there is a big supermarket not far from the hotel, it is said to be the largest supermarket in Palau. Although the hotel is small, it is very clean, the staff is also very active in service, forgot a piece of clothing when checking out, and sent it to me to the next hotel to stay.

Special palm leaf roof architecture. Business is slow, so you might be the only guest or one of just a few in the entire hotel. The room thoughtfully provides electric mosquito repellent, so you won’t be bothered by mosquitoes while sleeping. However, since there are likely not many guests, the housekeeping might have prepared the room well much early, so the bedding had a damp, musty smell. Breakfast is not included, but you can add it for about US$13. There are many options to choose from, and it's recommended to order the day before so you can eat early and catch your boat trip in the morning. For dinner, there’s the Jungle Bar restaurant within the premises, but it seems that if there aren’t many guests staying, it might not be open.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I felt amazing. This hotel is really a great environment. People really feel that they have arrived at a place where they can relax on vacation. All the staff inside are super good, Megan, Alexia, Myla during our stay, it is really not picky. There was a small problem between them, but I wrote to Grace and received a reply immediately and it was resolved soon. There are two delicious restaurants nearby. In short, we stayed here for four nights and really felt great. Recommend!
