環境：酒店牆紙還符合年輕人，但是但是！！！
衞生：真的衞生能搞成這樣？？？是人住的嗎，你自己去看一下，那麼臟的床墊上面就鋪一個床單，我躺上去一會就身體發癢，本來就是大半夜1點多了，不想找事，一晚上穿着衣服湊活了，就算住十年前的快捷賓館也沒有這麼臟吧，這個床單也是湊數的，床單被被子拉起來一角讓我真的是大跌眼鏡！

先説好的，前台兩位美女主動給升級了房間，樓層服務員也會主動打招呼，門口的保安大姐會不時的在車場巡視，自駕的朋友們會很安心；再提點兒建議：圖4地板起翹絆人；圖五紗窗壞的，住的那天正趕上有沙塵，不開窗太悶了；圖六應該是漏水很長時間了，過了十一就該淡季了，正好抓緊時間修一修吧！希望酒店越來越好，期待兩位美女小姐姐來北京看升旗喲

不知道網上的好評從何而來，簡直就是坑你沒商量！慎重考慮這家不靠譜的酒店！首先，打酒店電話永遠沒人接聽，其次請看所謂高級雙床房裡麪的漏水掉油漆情況，真的是一言難盡！

我第二次住城市快捷酒店，不會再有第三次，感覺全國的城市快捷都大差不差了吧，環境差，設施差，衞生差，自己看圖吧，我還少拍了一個，床笠上帶着血，枕套上的土印子卻不給換，這種低級錯誤我覺得是服務員故意的，low到家了的酒店

房間描述寫的30平，實際連20平都沒有，虛假宣傳，雖然不是城市便捷的死忠粉，但是這家絕對是住過的最差的，房間佈局亂純屬設施硬塞進去。空調直對腦袋吹，夏天吹感冒冬天吹的鼻子不是鼻子眼不是眼（乾燥），衞生也是臟差，水池盆邊黑糊糊黏答答，前一位住客留下的垃圾邊角料也丟在淋浴間

服務態度一點不行，開個發票都沒開錯，還讓客户自己核實的都能發錯，解決問題發個微信也不回覆，我不相信這是在新疆開的酒店，從來還沒遇到過，希望大家看看再選擇吧，可以出差錯但作為服務人員起碼的態度要有吧！！！
